Of course that would make me more qualified to be CINC! He would mistake the instructions and try to apply the white powder to his nose and thereby he is qualified to SINK!

The fingers are not black. That means that he didn’t even get it from the CJ box. Someone else did and then gave it to him.
I think that this may be a model of the USS Nautilus (SSN-571 1954-1979), Adm. Rickover and the USN’s first nuclear-powered submarine. I do think that the conning tower is a bit too large but I could be wrong.
They had frogmen that did the same thing . They would rise to the top, bubble would break, they would fall to bottom . ( of the tub ) . Did this over and over.
when I got my frogmen I played with them in the aquarium. Mom got home and the gold fish were DEAD. I couldn’t sit down for a week and never saw Mike Nelson again!
