Class action building steam...

pregnant women are damned if the do and damned if they don’t take the shot.

What a heart breaking decision to have to make.

My wife had a miscarriage a few weeks ago, she did NOT get the H1N1 vaccine

However her OBgyn anecdotaly mentioneded that miscarriage rates seem to suddenly be up. Five in her practice alone this week. Boise has been running mass H1N1 vaccine clinics every weekend, and pregnant women first in line.

Coincidental? Not so sure anymore...

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this! My daughter just found out she is pregnant. They haven’t been real excited about the vaccine - she will now definitely NOT get it!

Prayers for all who suffer this heartbreak.

Prayers for you, your wife, and your little one.

Could just be selective perception, but I just heard about a friend whose daughter suffered a miscarriage last week. I can't remember the last time I heard about such an event -- I know they're not uncommon, but it just jumped out at me. I'd love to see recent statistics which might show a sudden increase.

Personally, I don't do vaccinations.

Sadly, there will be no law suits. The US Gov’t contracted with the vac makers and bought all that came to the US. Part of the deal was to totally idemnify the makers from all liability associated with any problems that arose from the use of the H1N1 vac.

It was also a no bid contract, a real sweetheart deal for the pharma companies (a payoff for obamacare support).

Create the problem
Call it an emergency
Proclaim a 'remedy' with NO accountability
.
Not a new concept - just a backhanded way of 'doing business' for an alternate goal on the backs of the concerned, trusting and uninformed. Just sad.

Oh Dear God!!

My sister just got vaccinated last week because she is pregnant and was urged to get the vaccine. She agonized over the decision, but was told the risks were higher if she DIDN’T get the vax...

Now I don’t know if I should tell her this. What is the point, it’s done now. Oh my God, please put your wings about my niece and let her make it safely till term.

If a large percentage of pregnant women get a flu shot and the rate of miscarriage is the same, wouldn’t it seem to be related?

I don't mean to make light of this thread, but this video from Canada shows the idiocy of vaccines.

I know how you feel. But instead of quitting, I organized a Protest. We have to fight back: http://naturalfamilyblog.wordpress.com/2009/11/06/2115/

My daughter is 10 weeks pregnant, got her H1N1 vaccination two weeks ago and is fine. She works in health care and is constantly exposed to all sorts of illness so she had to decide on taking it or not. She had a miscarriage three years ago and has had difficulty getting pregnant again. It really is a crap shoot for pregnant women.

I must respond to this anti-vaccination craze that seems to be going on....

This list of miscarraiges appears to have the same sort of credibility as those chain emails that claim you could get free money from microsoft if you did something, that the 911 was a government plot, or that an unknown family member has died with a large sum in the bank, and someone will wire you the money, if you send them your bank account information.

There is no listing of this birth club or any way to verify it.

The list of ingredients that are claimed in vaccines is not in every vaccine, and much of it certainly is not in the current H1N1 vaccine.

The current H1N1 vaccine is being made the same way the seasonal vaccine is produced.

Vaccine adverse event reports are created to record ANY adverse event that may have happened, EVEN IF IT IS NOT RELATED TO THE VACCINE. All that is needed is that a vaccine occured prior to the event. I could have a vaccine, be out driving, get into an auto accident, and claim that i was dizzy, and have a claim filed for dizziness, irregardless of the 5-6 beers i could have had hours before.

At the CDC VAERS site, ONLY 1 claim is noted for any type of abortion(spontaneous, threatened, complete or other) for either the nasal (which is not given to pregnant women) or injected vaccine - check the site

http://wonder.cdc.gov/controller/datarequest/D8

and finally, there is no way to say that the vaccine is safe for pregnant women, THE SAME AS MANY OTHER DRUGS. the reason for this is that it is not ethical to conduct safety trials for many drugs on humans. when efficacy and safety is shown in animal trials on pregant animals, it is reported that the drug may be safe for pregnant women. if a drug causes adverse events in pregnant animals, it is reported that adverse events have occured in animal trials, thus it is advised not to prescribe that drug to pregnant women.

Also, there has not been a proven link between vaccines, and autism. The type of mercury (the thimerasol) in bulk vaccine vials, is not readily absorbed by the body. There are reports with some vaccines of increased rates of GBS, but, if GBS was directly attributable a vaccine, then there would be much higher incidents of GBS occuring, than the few that occur in several thousands of doseages given. Is it bad that something like GBS occurs? yes, but would you rather have the disease that the vaccine prevents, or the rare possiblity of the adverse effect?. Do you want polio, small pox, whooping cough to be prevalent again?

Compare the risk to the advantages, please...

and yes, i will be taking the vaccine when it is available - and i am in the medical field
