Never heard of Culebra... you’ve peaked my interest.
Culebra is about 20 miles east of PR. Considered part of the Spanish Virgin Islands. It belongs to Puerto Rico but is much DIFFERENT from that island. Very quaint Caribbean atmosphere. Very laid back. Pristine beaches, coral reefs, and crystal clear water. Also, unlike PR, no gangs and no real crime. Best of all, I have made connections to rent out my choice of a number of luxury homes to live in for several days next time I’m there so I can live in high style for the better part of a week.
