IE: only for special people who have been approved by the Green Czar or such.
Who consume rather than produce. Again, it's doing nothing to help anybody. His base will just feel better - until their welfare checks stop coming in the mail.
It’s cover for when he lets the Bush Tax cuts expire.
He will get to point to his tax cuts and say he helped the small businesses. He will also be able to tell the far left that he let the Bush tax cuts (the ones that help the gluttonous pubbies) expire.
The net change to federal revenues will probably be nil.
Oh please. He also “talked about” being PRO second amendment! Ya think he might have been LYING about that too??!!
Any “tax break” will have some strings (actually GM/Chrysler type cables) attached to make the recipients dependent on the government aid, inflict additional regulations on them and/or make them knuckle under to unions.
Anyone that discovers there is a problem AFTER spending $1 trillion dollars is not only dubious but is a freakin’ idiotic moron that should be thrown out of office ASAP.
