Graham is like the classic arsonist masquerading as a fire fighter, he VOTED to confirm that moron Holder as AG, but NOW Graham is all worked up about the decision to try KSM in federal court (and potentially OBL if alive and if captured), and nobody is going to tell ME that Graham didn’t know all about Holder’s lousy history and his shenanigans during the tenure of Janet Sasquatch Reno during the Clinton years.
Graham knows he’s in deep trouble with the folks back home when it comes to re-election, and you can bet the rent that THIS footage will be incorporated into any campaign ads aired by Graham to convince the voters that he is ‘hard on terrorism’ and ‘hard on the 0bama Justice Dept’.
It’s nothing but crap.

Holder is the absolute most politically leftist attorney general we have ever had.
And he is very political to boot.
This makes for a very dangerous DOJ where killers and political bully boys like those in Philadelphia are set free and foreugn terrorists are treated like citizens

The Charleston County GOP already censured him, and he narrowly avoided a censure from the Berkeley County GOP. Plus, the letters from folks in Dorchester and Beaufort Counties (reprinted here on FR) indicate the anger is growing.
If Grahamnesty tries to out-maverick his mentor McCain, he will be destroyed in 2014 by another Republican.
We can only hope that whomever destroys Lindsey is another DeMint and not another Inglis or Bauer.
I hope and pray that this gets going full steam ahead..so that the people will begin to see the debacle before 2010 election.

Oh, great Holder is telling us if terrorists kill civilians they go to criminal court and have more rights, if you kill military then Military rules. If i’m doing my math correct this encourages terrorist to kill civilians- more rights

Whatever one thinks of Graham, he revealed the policy for what it is. Not thought out and dangerous. If this clip was run on all of the networks OB would be feeling a lot of heat. But it won’t happen.

As to the named "Attorney General"....
Either he got his law degree granted to him by ACORN, or he is purposely trying to "escape and evade" doing the correct and legal thing.
In either case, he is in the process of committing treason, or at the very least a mistake of monumental proportions.

His lawyer can seek to dismiss on lack of speedy trial, coerced confession [classic definition], failure to Mirandize, etc.
One thing Graham missed re: Bin Laden. Once he was indicted, a “critical stage” in the criminal proceeding had been reached [under Constitutional law]. His right to counsel attached AT THAT POINT, and he CANNOT be questioned without counsel present [even if he waives his Mirandas],and cannot waive counsel’s presence without counsel present, assuming he’s being prosecuted in Federal Court pursuant to the indictment.
