It seems the recent news that Rudy may use his pending Senate run for another shot at the GOP nomination has brought the Rudophiles back to FR in packs.
In order to head-off the liberal treachery, I think we need to renew the "Stop Rudy" ping list. Does anyone know who had it, and can we start it back up again? I will run it or help run it if needed, thanks!
Personally, if Rudy runs for the Senate I hope he wins. But I'm not a liberal Dem so what do I know.
What do you mean “brought them back?”... and what makes you better than someone who happens to live in New York in deciding who should be governor or senator? Rudy is a libertarian Republican... do I agree with him 100% on everything, NO! But then I don’t agree with anyone 100% (but myself)... this country is in deep-deep trouble and it’s getting worse every day.. Rudy is one of the FEW speaking out against Holder and Obama.......people really need to grow the heck up..
There are other battles facing our nation much more pressing than this. Besides, who will take you seriously when you don’t even realize the ping list you sought was sitting out for everyone to see on your profile page? Eeesh.
Uhhh.. not the kind Obama is sending up to the hill.. he told us that last year if people had bothered to listen to him...

I said I’m fine with him for Senator from NY, just fine.
But the same reports of “people close to him” saying he’s going to run for Senate are the same ones saying it a stepping stone to a 2012 presidential run. That’s EVERY Conservative’s business.
Rudy for Senator? Fine.
But I sure as heck am going to get the “Stop Rudy” list going as long as there’s even a WHISPER of him seeking the nomination again in 2012.
a run for senate is fine, even a run for governor, though lord only know who would want that job. but president? he would have the very same baggage he had the last time. it will never happen.
Rudy is not running for president, let it go.

Oh grow up! He hasn’t even officially said he is running for the senate.. it came from the New York Daily News for heaven sake, not exactly someone Rudy would confide in... and the chance of him spending all this to run for senate only to turn around and run for POTUS — well, that is what Obama does...if Rudy became senator I suspect he would be senator for a long time unless he was tapped for AG or something of the sort... I tell you what, until he announces he is running for POTUS don’t get your panties in a wad, the current health care debacle is a hell of a lot more important and if you have so much free time I suggest you use it more wisely in that direction.

My daughter lives in NYC and I remember what a hell hole it was before Rudy became mayor. I think he would make a great senator, but no to him as president (altho he sure as heck would be better than the clown we have now)!
