The SEALs took down Ahmed Hasim Abed, the alleged mastermind of a ghastly 2004 incident in which four American contractors who worked security for Blackwater USA, were murdered in Fallujah and two of the bodies were hung from a bridge over the Euphrates River.
But instead of being praised as heroes, the SEALs are all facing charges and have hired lawyers, FoxNews.com reported.

If the SEALS are convicted Obama will have to pardon them against his will. Sarah Palin, or any conservative candidate will be able to say elect me and the first thing I will do after being sworn in will be to pardon the SEALS and award them military honors. Obama will need to remove the issue, so his hand will be forced and he will pardon the SEALS.
I hope that our military personnel are understanding the quite obvious new policy of this administration...

He may well pardon them but he will have made his point about the military and the Old Regime. This is all to shore up his left flank which had/has dreams of action at the Winter Palace. They think that this close to Success of the Revolution it is time for their enemies to die. They will accept show trials at first, but only at first. Hussein needs to make a very big deal with these upcoming trials in New York and try to make them lead to direct trials of Bush and Cheney and lesser officials. This is politically dangerous for Hussein unless he expects that major elections will henceforth be under control- think ACORN and Amnesty.
No "lack of judgment" here. It would be "lack of judgment" if the judgment were being made by by authorities on America's side in this war. That is not a correct. The enemy is,in fact, in charge in America.
Hussein may be acting in the expectation that future elections are under control via ACORN and maybe upcoming Amnesty. I’m afraid when Amnesty does come up we will have to reply on Democrats to stave it off because too many Republicans also want that Permanent Democrat Super Majority that Amnesty will bring.
The bright spot in this whole stinking thing is that we can probably depend on the military as allies in the coming revolution!

Anyone hear this former SEAL call in with his take on this? He says it’s vindictiveness on obama admonistration’s part because of SEAL actions dealing with Somali pirates.
CALLER: Good. I just wanted to call and kind of give a little more insight on this SEAL team situation. I was in the teams for 20 years. I have multiple-decade military service and came in not long after Vietnam. I also worked for Blackwater for a few years in Iraq and know one of the guys that was killed at Fallujah quite well. But, anyway, the point I’m going to get at here is that I think there’s quite a bit of evidence that this is kind of a backwash from the situation of a couple months ago when the SEAL operators rescued Captain Phillips off the coast of Somalia. You may recall that situation.

Alright, if it makes you feel better—they moved April fools day to the day before Thanksgiving in part because so many people overpay for the big bird on this day, whereas if you shop around you can usually find some outfit that’ll lay it on you free, with a 100 dollar purchase or whatever.
