Todd and I would like to offer our best wishes to the Jewish community as they celebrate Hanukkah. Known as the Festival of Lights, Hanukkah commemorates the eight-day miracle that took place when the Temple in Jerusalem was rededicated. Though there was only enough consecrated oil for one day, the flame miraculously burned for eight just long enough to prepare more. This beautiful story is rich with life lessons for members of all faiths. With hope and dedication nothing is impossible, and the Almighty never abandons those who seek the light.

And besides, its the right thing to do and Hannukah is a beautiful festival in the first place.
I see there were no "Happy Ramadanadindong Greetings" this year from the 'Guv. Good.
The miracle couldn’t have happened if the Jews hadn’t had the faith that G-d would provide, and decided to light the consecrarted oil even though there wasn’t enough. The lesson for us is to not give up, but to have faith and keep trying to stop the socialist fascist onslaught.
Thanks Sarah, from a Jewish Freeper. We can use many more miracles to defeat the Marxists and islamofacists.
Chappy Chanukah! :)
