I am thinking its time for the trolls to realize that should they wish to have any hope of defeating the upcoming Obamacare obligations by forming an alliance with “birthers” is a first step in the right direction of invalidating this usurper.
I know its early in the morning, the coffee hasn’t quite woke you up yet but unless you yourselves no longer claim to be patriotic Americans its time for ALL the tribes to gather for a pow-wow.
Obama is our common current problem, we can and should work in a concerted manner, the left and right need not have to sit down and sing kumbaya but right now there is an important need that we must not become divided..

You're not really being serious here, are you? How about the Kenyan Birth Certificate that Lucas Smith obtained in February 2009 from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya?
The Kenyan BC bears the signatures of both the attending doctor and the supervisor of obstetrics at the time of birth and also that of the chief hospital administrator, who certified the copy of the BC obtained by Mr. Smith. Although not officially authenticated by the hospital, probably because of serious threats by Kenyan security officials, this document has never been effectively challenged.
An legal affidavit attesting to the document's authenticity was signed by Mr. Smith and was submitted to Federal Judge David O. Carter in September 2009 in support of a court case.

When I signed up for the Navy, I had to produce educational records, birth certificates and many other documents. All of which are under lock and key. Your right it is basic privacy rights, if he doesnt want to show us these, then HE CANT BE THE PRESIDENT. I would not have been able to get a job in the military or really anywhere else without allowing my potential employer to see my records.

Americans think its undignified to attack religion, but for muslims, the question is central. To them, if he’s muslim, great; if he’s one of “The Book,” he’s tolerable. But if he’s a pagan, he’s beneath contempt and worthy of death.
A Dan Rather style rumor that he follows Yoruba (sp?) or Santamaria or one of he pagan variants from Haiti, etc, could have serious consequences to his standing with the ROP. (These originated in Africa and his mom probably studied them. Also, scratching around Wright’s church could turn up suitably maleable info.)
A Carefully crafted and circulated rumor —complete with particulars of time & place— that 0 was a pagan, he might be forced to crack open the locked vault of his past.
The launch would need to be carefully orchestrated and force-fed down the info highway. Dims know how to do this sort of thing, but there is enough expertise here. (Think of that woman in Alaska and her Sarah libel.)
Imagine the blog responses: “there’s a rumor, and it’s gone viral, a despicable charge that...”, and then another “ to say that such a rumor is despicable impugns millions of practitioners...,” etc. Just one press conference question, “Mr. Gibbs, I’m sure you’ve heard...” could do it.

The supposed ‘copies’ of the newspaper announcements (originals never produced, by the way) mean nothing. The source of these ‘supposed’ announcements was never verified. Those that claim that all the babies born had their records from the Health Dept sent to the local papers are dead wrong, because the Nordyke twins (who went to school with BO) and were born the day after him, NEVER had any newspaper announcements ANYWHERE in the State of HI! And their mother has posted their FULL, LONG FORM birth certs on-line ! Now if this “transparent” president would do the same as an every citizen like Mrs. Nordyke, we could rest at ease.....for all we know, he could’ve been born in Canada, as his Mom attended college in WA 2 weeks after his birth. College transcripts copies are available supporting that.
The most incriminating part of the puzzle is that the State of HI “NEVER” confirmed any release of the ‘short form’ cert that many people claim serves to verify his birthplace. We do not know where that document came from, but it is unsettling that ALL of the little Hawaiian pawns
are totally silent as to its origin !

You don't think the FBI conducted a thorough background check on Obama during the primaries? You don't think Obama's primary opponents had investigators check him out? You don't think a thorough background check was done on Obama when he ran for the Senate?
Is that the same FBI that that has been compromised for years and gave a pass to the Fort Hood murderer???

No I don’t. When I enlisted in 1963, I was presented with a rather long list of organizations that were anti American. I had to check off every one I had ever had any dealings with. The Kenyan would never have passed because of his association with his buddies.
You don't have to "pass" a background check to be president. Doesn't mean background checks weren't conducted at various times throughout Obama's political career. And you can be sure that any information that would have compromised the democrats' chance of winning the election would have been passed along. Obama's associations were well known on election day and 69 million Americans voted for him anyways.
But, as I posted above, I don't expect birthers to accept lucid, rational explanations. For birthers, the fact that no damning material was released on Obama during his candidacy is just part of greater conspiracies and cover-ups.

You produced all that because the Navy had rules in place requiring it. There is no rule in place requiring Obama to produce a birth certificate of a particular form that meets yours, mine, or anyone else's satisfaction. He met the rules that exist for certification to the satisfaction of everyone who put him on the ballot and accepted his election, including Dick Cheney.
The Constitution doesn't say what you want it to say. It doesn't define criteria for MBC at all. Our history certainly doesn't say in any unanimous voice what you want it to say, as evidence by general consensus to the contrary and some clear legal principles by which Obama would be a NBC, And if you can't understand Senate resolutions and the history of that one by now, I can't help you.

I should not judge. I’m certain that these “soldiers” are serious about the sacrifice that they are willing to make and they are refusing to cash their pay checks! I will agree that there is no compelling evidence that Obama was born in Kenya.
I will agree that there is no simple, easy, readily available consensus that as a Dual-born, Obama is not NBC.
I disagree that we can call a case “a non-starter” that seeks a ruling from the courts as to whether a dual-born citizen like Obama can actually be eligible. I think that the courts should be pushed and should be willing to render an answer on whether NBC should be interpreted as reflecting Vattel’s sentiment or not, but I will chalk that disagreement up to a matter of opinion.
I will agree that the executive order for record concealment has probably been misunderstood by some birthers.
I will agree that there’s no law on the books requiring a Candidate or presumed President to hand over a Birth Certificate or other documents to prove he is a citizen.
I will agree that the HI Governor never “sealed up the certificate in a special vault.”

The maneuvering of the Hawaii DOH makes me think more than anything else that there is something troubling about Obama’s birth records, and I don’t think they are applying their own laws fairly on this matter. Given the tremendous strain they’ve been under in terms of records requests and the need to make strange, cryptic public statements about Obama’s records, and the need to rework their web site and terminology to deal with Obama questions, I simply can’t see how we should conclude that there is nothing to hide. If what he has on his long-form COLB is exactly what is reflected by his short-form COLB, why in heaven’s name has HDOH not found a way to say so. Even if it is a stretch of their rules (which I think it isn’t) to provide verification, do they fear retribution for merely verifying that what Obama says as truth. Who do they think will sue them, or what court will penalize their officers? Given the full story about the DOH machinations, I think the most reasonable, logical conclusion is that there is something to hide.

The "birther" thing is classic Saul Alinsky. *If* 0 is in fact not a citizen, great. *If* in fact he is, well, they've been harassed, harried, and forced to confront, more or less, one more issue, which will take time from their project of destroying this country.
Old Saul is probably spinning in his grave that his tactics are being used (if even inadvertently) by conservatives. Screw him.

The FBI could have had their hands tied behind their backs, politically speaking. I know for a fact that politicians like Senators and Congressmen can, and do, get special treatment [front-of-line & expedited-processing] for things like passports. I would be utterly unsurprised to find out that minimal ID checks are also required in such situations.
Also, take a look at Geithenr, Rangle, Frank, and Dodd’s taxes (or rather lack thereof). That is blatant lawbreaking AND, as we’ve seen, nobody [justice department-wise] seems to care. I’m convinced that most, if not all, the rules don’t apply to our “benevolent” overlords.

I honestly don’t know if they did or not. You have to remember that his “opponents” nominated John McCain... so it sure doesn’t seem like they were serious about actually trying to win.
That McCain had trouble with the Natural Born Citizen clause too. (It could be argued that he was ineligible as well.) Maybe giving the people only a choice of two candidates who fail the Natural Born Citizen clause was merely/actually an end-run to get a precedent for violating it.

Like I’ve illustrated (and some speculation, yes) I’m fairly certain that the mentality of the political in-crowd of laws being for other people IS a main theme in Obama’s life.

Yes. I do. It's really that simple. If (1) Hawaii has no record of a major Presidential candidate being born in Hawaii, and (2) his campaign is passing off an online image that resembles an official Hawaiian document and that purports to state he was born there...then yes. They are under absolutely no privacy regulation or other legal obligation to support the scam. They don't have to collude in illegal behavior and would not do so.
In this context, Hawaii representatives specifically said they have verified they have the original records. The only reasonable interpretation of that is that said records say he was born in Hawaii. At that point, it doesn't even matter if his grandmother filed it. It's done. The official records of a state admitted to the Union say he was born there. That's presumptive, requires real evidence to dispute, not speculation and laughable Kenyan birth certificates.
My position really is that simple. And it's not just Hawaii. Both John McCain and Hillary Clinton had very real incentive to demonstrate Obama was not born in the US if there was any truth to it. Neither went there.
I think anyone who talks about stunning backroom collusion, real live states with damning evidence being intimidated by a campaign, etc., etc. has been watching too many movies. The stories for why he wasn't born in Hawaii are all convoluted and hidden and have any number of interlinking trip wires that fall apart on examination (you know, when you watch one of those movies and suddenly go “hey, wait a minute...). The story for his being born in Hawaii is simple and straight forward. It's staring you right in the face. How the math shakes out seems pretty obvious to me.
It's that old adage: When you stare too long at the shadows, you start seeing things that simply aren't there.
