In the video below, Senator Max Baucus is making a weird rant on the Senate Floor. The Montana Senator is slurring his words and it seems as if he his having problems standing up strait. Lets face it the guy is either "sh*t-faced," honoring the late Senator Ted Kennedy with an Imitation of being drunk, or maybe looking for an excuse for when he faces the voters of Montana and they ask why he voted for such an awful bill. "I don't know, I was really drunk at the time."

Being a former resident of Montana, I’ve heard this clown speak on numerous occassions. Never do I recall him slurring his words like this. It is not his normal speech pattern. It’s usually more crisp and clear, even though he still has not a clue of what he’s talking about even stone cold sober. Is there any explanation for the change in his speech pattern other than drunk? Just woke up? Medication? Just gave his mistress a “raise”?

People from Montana might want to send letters to the Editor to their newspapers and ASK if he was on medication of some kind before this on the floor speech.
You should be able to find what he said in the Congressional Record. Document.
He sounds drunk or on something.
When does he come up for reelection? Let’s help him retire.
