Here, another take on incumbency. The RATS are the incumbent party in the two law making branches (well I guess the judiciary has taken to legislating from the bench, but that’s another topic.)

That said, throwing the RATS OUT, any RAT, in any race, anywhere is where the anti-incumbency mood you point out, may play out...even in CT, even in my silly blue WA State...

yep exactly
as things stand now i would have to say the CT race leans Dem especially since their is a nasty R primary and apparently none on the Dem side at this point. If the mood does continue to sour then any Dem anywhere is going to be in trouble. Also worth noting if by some miracle Scott Brown wins in MA it may cause an avalanche of Dem retirements and completely demoralize Dems all over the place.
