Doctor Ben Carson Discovers Medical Link Between Liberals And Limited Brain Activity
Elective Decisions ^ | 01/13/10 | Chris Davis

Posted on 01/13/2010 10:05:14 AM PST by writer33

Baltimore, MD—Medical science can now deliver undisputable proof that liberals show limited to no brain activity, a concept that conservatives have long embraced. And thanks to Dr. Benjamin Carson, Director of the Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins, a medical link has been determined through scientific research and good old fashioned hard work.

I understand this seminal research was conducted using Chrissie's original brain which Dr. Carson examined under an electron microscope.

Photobucket

Sadly, the tingle that ran up little Chrissie’s leg during the Obama campaign went all the way up to his head, blowing his tiny vestigial brain out his left ear. Given the many times Chrissie has gladly taken it in the ear for his pals on the left, the size of that orifice made the blowout inevitable. The scar reveals that he DID have a transplant. Unfortunately, it was the cryogenically preserved brain of Lyndon Baines Johnson and turned out to be even smaller than the original organ, probably because – as with nearly ALL Democrats -- it had never been used.

“We have actually seen results from parents that force their children to listen to Rush Limbaugh for three hours a day. Their cognitive functions improved drastically, and evidence of the synapses firing was shown in pictures of the brain. It was utterly astounding!

Not only that but these children have better golf swings and develop an appreciation for fine cigars at a much higher level than their peers.

excerpt:

Dr. Carson goes on to explain that his experiments showed that adults who watched MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC and CBS showed a dramatic reduction of brain activity, and those who watched FOX News and listened to Rush Limbaugh showed that they had some of the finest minds in America.

Satire

Yes satire in this case. However, it does reflect the premise of my Theory of Liberals.

By avoiding getting into complicated details, I can share the basic tenants of my theory. My theory is that a liberal is a person who lacks the human genome that allows the reality of a situation to be mentally processed thereby arriving at a conclusion based on that reality. A great deal of empirical evidence exist to substantiate the theory’s premise.

That’s an interesting theory. For the sake of argument, how would you then explain someone liberal converting to conservatism. That’s assuming they’re missing the human genome.

Heck, I’m going to forward this around.

I will make my daughter READ it when I pick her up at school. When home, she listens to him. She is also part of Johns Hopkins programs for the Gifted and Talented. She’ll love this. Right now we only use their Math. Some of the Science though is questionable.

THANK YOU!!!!

If they could figure out a way to measure the EMOTIONAL PART of the BRAIN with the LOGICAL PART of the BRAIN, they could medically determine this to be true. Now, that would be very interesting to set that up somehow.

Liberals RUN ON EMOTION; not fact or thinking.

I think to accomplish this goal, it would take a combination of neurosurgery and psychiatry to in effect explain liberals in total.

For the sake of argument, how would you then explain someone liberal converting to conservatism.

The brain is a wonderful thing. Consider the missing genetics as damage. Careful training can cause the brain to effectively route around damaged parts and use other parts of the brain for that task.

Consider a liberal going conservative like a stroke victim learning to write.

So instead of replacing bad wiring, we're simply wiring around the existing damaged wire. All right. That makes sense.
