In his Jan 15, 2010 op-ed piece, Charles Krauthammer offered his explanation for President Obama’s falling ratings…
"The reason for today’s vast discontent, presaged by spontaneous national Tea Party opposition, is not that Obama is too cool or compliant but that he’s too left."
While I think Dr. Krauthammer is right, I believe he missed something. Americans are tired of our elected officials lying to us. We’re sick and tired of promises made in the heat of a campaign only to be casually broken once the office is secured...

Actually, if you'll read any of the core Marxist documents, you will find that fooling the public is part and parcel to their plan for controlling the population. That is primarily what the left (read Obama and demoRats) are all about. They don't believe in God so there is no moral compass to keep them from lying if it's is expedient to attaining their goals.
And, I doubt seriously if we "can live" with his Marxist agenda. Bill Ayers, one of Obama's mentors, says that 125 million deaths of American citizens is what it will take to implement the new socialist America.
A lot of people won't be living in their brave new world.
No, the national kvetching is about the economy, #1...and about the increasing burden of government (regulations, taxes), #2.
I knew as soon as I saw the Cuban flags and Che Guevara posters in Obama campaign headquarters what we were in for. He is indeed a Marxist and a racist.
Every mentor and associate he has are Marxists and his wife and Jeremiah Wright revealed the racist component before the election.
His appointed cabinet and advisors revealed his Marxism, and his behavior added to that of his Attorney General revealed his racism after the election. The entire Obama administration is nothing but a bunch of malevolent, bigoted (and in the case of Kevin Jennings...degenerate) Marxist bastards.
Absolutely true. They imagined that their 'transformation of America' would be accomplished by ukase, with no considerable public dissent to stop it. That they're forced to consider other means may make them unhappy, but they are still supporters. And with this psychopathic congress in place, still very dangerous to Liberty.
As Obamas poll numbers continue to drop, as surely they will, one has to wonder what desperate or craven thing he might do to appease his base in order to bring them up so as to win re-election and to what end this will satisfy his base and to what end it will continue to destroy America. This is what scares me the most.
