A joke I read someone else posted here on FR, worth retelling (I hope):
Q: What's the difference between a Private and a Second Lieutenant?
A: The Private has been promoted.
Saving for letter and article writing illustrations. Thank you.
In the military, we give up PRIVACY to live and work in the middle of a group- and O’Reilly let them get away with their specious arguments. We might as well just have co-ed barracks showers and tents- why not, if segregating the sexes is about sexual attraction and privacy?
For a woman (teenagers mostly), what's the difference between being forced to live communally with men, and being forced to live communally wih women who have the sexual fantasies and urges of men? And vice versa for men.
O'Reilly should have challenged those bimbos to volunteer to give up their private FOX News dressing rooms, dress and undress, take a communal shower, and then bunk down next to a couple of butch gays for a ocuple weeks. And then report back on their sense of security and morale about performing in an extremely high stress profession.
Gays openly carrying on with each other and making their preferences and “in your face” pride thing, will lead to segregation and PC deferential treatment- the beginning of the end for cohesion.
On the other hand maybe the tainted O'Reilly is not the guy to address this.
That's quite a statement. Sadly, there is a kernal of truth in it.
I’m glad my son got out when he did. He also graduated from Parris Island boot camp. It was a very proud day for me and his Dad.
