The people who watch for O'Donnell aren't paying any sort of attention to what he's actually saying. They're watching because he's yelling and screaming over the top of representatives of the hated administration of Selectident Bush.

They replayed this on O’Reilly tonight. O’Donnell is crazy. I have seen him go off several times like this, but the keep having him on the air.
