In a nutshell, it strengthens Arizona’s state preemption law regarding firearms.
Who’d think that you’d find repressive gun laws in Arizona, home of the Earps, the OK Corral, and the Pleasant Valley wars between the Grahams and Tewksberrys.
Of course the reporter didn't challenge him on that silly statement. What exactly is law enforcement supposed to do about some nut who decides to take a couple of pistols and a backpack full of magazines on campus, unless they wall the whole thing off and have airport-style checkpoints? And, where is the proof that legal concealed carry does anything but reduce crime?
The only mass shootings that were stopped, to my recollection, was by the women carrying concealed at that church in Utah, and at Ft. Hood. They saved dozens of lives.
How hard is that to figure out? The mass shooters are cowards who won't go where they know someone will be able to shoot back.
