But before we can hope to overcome real monsters, we have to resolve to fight them. And before we can do that, we have to learn to recognize them. We have to stop calling violent criminals victims of society. And we have to stop calling terrorists militants or activists, while trying to make excuses for them. It is not a hopeful sign that young people now see vampires and werewolves not as horrible monsters, but as unfortunate, misunderstood outcasts. Sympathy for monsters inevitably leads to lack of sympathy for their victims. And that leads to more victims.

The Obama’s administration rejected the term “terrorist” in favor of “extremists” to attempt to create a parallel between Muslim Jihadists and Christian conservatives in this country.
As soon as we surrender our lives, our hopes and dreams, our futures, our values, and turn them over to the 0bamatrons, we will stop calling violent criminals victims of society and stop calling terrorists militants and activists. They all will then become regulators in the service of 0bama, or they will become dead. Prior examples of this behavior would include Lenin, Robespierre, Hitler, Mao, etc.
Good, but the author should read “The True Believer” by Eric Hoffer to answer why the fanatics are not usually the poor. Also I think perhaps the reason why teens like Jason and Michael Myers films is an inner sense of guilt. Note the kids usually get impaled after having teen sex, or about to have teen sex. Freudian and Jungian at the same time.

I didn’t realize there is a growing problem with werewolves and vampires. Time to stock up on wooden stakes and silver bullets, I guess.
