"It's not a perfect bill," Brown said after the vote. "I was comfortable with that vote... It is the first step in creating jobs, not only for the people of Massachusetts but for the people of the country.”

What do you expect from a man who was only against Obamacare because Romneycare was already in place?

I was never tuned in with his election, but it’s possible he never intended to side with conservatives 100% of the time. Just look where he was elected.

I think people just got so caught up in defeating the Dem’s they didn’t stop to consider what he himself stood for.

Cutting taxes would eliminate any of these Joke Job Bills that create nothing but more pain and suffering on the taxpayers.

What I’m surprised is that anyone’s surprised. Don’t forget that he thinks the decision to murder ones unborn child still rests with the woman . . . and that it’s not murder.

Just that fact alone has made me very wary of not only him but our love affair with him (plus, add to that how he talked about his daughters in front of the cameras). The bloom’s off the rose. A definite traitor is he. Another rino, and we put him in the Senate with all kinds of bells and whistles.

I have no use for him.

$15 Billion for tens of thousands of jobs? For how long? What jobs? 99,999 jobs is 10's of thousands and at $15B hire that many federal employee's for a year at $150K each...

Or throw $15B at ACORN (or whatever they are called today) and keep 50K of them in 30K a year for 10 years in jobs rounding up votes, doing the census and counseling prostitutes on how to avoid federal income taxes.

That’s why I promote my congressional choice tirelessly. I know the man and I know where he stands. He’s as conservative as you’ll ever see in washington. (Both fiscally and socially) He’s a pro drilling, pro life, pro 2nd amendment, anti tax, anti amnesty conservative. Plus he’s leading the marxist incumbant.

Feel free to send a few bucks his way it would be actually well spent on Michigan for once. I wouldn’t promote him so heartily if he were a RINO.

It’s not so much that this guy is a RINO, it’s that this kills momentum. The GOP had been very effective at killing this nonsense legislation. Now the logjam has been broken in pursuit of “bipartisanship”. Now Brown’s words can and will be used the rest of the GOP in the bigger fights.

No. He’s either gutless or an idiot. A gutless person is afraid to explain that jobs don’t come from a jobs bill. An idiot doesn’t even know that job don’t come from a jobs bill.

Probably not, but the voters in Massachusetts would take a "no vote" as being nothing other than a "no jobs" vote.

If you want another hard core Leftwingtard Democrat Senator in the job demanding Conservative perfection out of Republicans in that state is the way it will happen.

What this means, though, is that Senator Brown cannot be allowed to participate in Republican politics in any role that involves ideology or methods.

I’m not sure what everyone expected from him. He’s from Massachussetts. Your not getting a conservative out of that state. He’s going to make us mad some times. Okay, probably most of the time. That said, I’m happy to have Scott Brown over Coakley any day.
