Hawaii Birth Index shows no Obama

The Post & Email is reporting tonight that the Hawaii Dept. of Health has sent them a pdf file with a list of births on a computer print out. Obama's birth is not on it.

The images of the pdf doc is available on their website.

Does anyone know if the Hawaii Birth Index includes all the different types of bc's. Just curious.

Those dismissing ‘Birthers” do so based on there being listings in the Hawaii newspaper. Wouldn’t her family do the listings to ensure citizenship would not be an issue? Those listings didn’t mention a hospital. There are no medical records? There’s no copy of the actual original birth certificate?

Be nice if we had investigative reporters in this country. National Enquirer wouldn’t be picking up the Pulitzer’s.

• the courts have shirked their duty to look into the matter denying standing to citizens, electoral delegates, candidates prior to the election, and candidates after the election.
• Congress has shirked their duty to look into the matter once questions were raised.
• VP Cheney failed to ask for objections while presiding over the electoral college.
• people are confusing "citizen" with "natural born citizen"
• the term "natural born" has never been sufficiently addressed by the court system, although original intent appears to have relied on the "Law of Nations".

That needs to change. We need state laws that grant standing to challenge the eligibility and the authenticity of documents supporting eligibility filed with state secretaries.

And we need federal laws that do the same, that forces someone to verify the eligibility and provides recourse to challenge the documents.

These records do NOT contain data from 1961. Charlton was trying to get info to see if a child by any of those surnames was born before Hawaii became a state.

I agree. Even if it is proved (which I think it will be at some point) that he is not natural born, it will be too late. I have accepted that I have 4 years of this crap and only 1 year in. Trying to get contracts 1 month at a time and hoping for the best.
