There’s a lot of freedom that comes with being a child. Food, shelter — all the important day-to-day stuff — is handled for you. You are left to do as you please throughout most of the day, and while there are a few things you are forced to do, such as go to school and eat your vegetables, these are inarguably for your betterment. There are few real worries when the necessities of survival are guaranteed by your parents, who allow you to be content and carefree. In a way, that’s true freedom.

This really shows the perversion of the word “freedom;” no natural right can place an obligation on someone else. Example: my right to bear arms doesn't obligate someone to provide me guns and ammo. My speech doesn't force someone else to sit and listen or publish. Current use of the word makes de facto slaves of some people; a person's “right” to health care obligates the doctor to provide his/her services, in many cases without pay. Highly repulsive.

That repulsive perversion of “freedom” is what repulsive perverts like Obama and Pelosi are trying to force upon us. Not only do I not want what they are selling, but I will not accept it.

Our society in this country has been overpopulated by folks who think they are entitled to remain living as ‘kids’ far far too long.
“Hey, why should I take responsibility as long as someone else will?”
And democrats are making hay with this culture.

I agree. I’m sick of seeing people shirk their responsibilities and then see others take on twice as many burdens just to keep things going.
