I heard on the radio this morning that shockingly low amounts of Stimulus money have been targeted to help the black community and the Hispanic community. There is now a push to funnel big bucks to those communities.

1) I believe they have already received disproportionate amounts.
2) This is all vote buying and is not intended to provide economic help.

Obama can't squeeze another vote out of the black community. At least a living one that is. He's got 95% of that voting block. That's as good as it's going to get, ever....

If it’s truly vote buying, why would they bother buying what they already own? There’s no way Obamao is losing substantial amounts of the black vote.
