Barry Soetoro would never buy a Prius. The Prius is the people’s car. He is more than that.
Also, they don’t come with ashtrays.
Kind of a slander on Toyota and Prius, but since the vehicle is the automobile of choice among the left-leaning “greenie” crowd, the juxaposition is not at all awkward.

Not really. The cartoonist makes clear that it was driver error, not a stuck accelerator, that led to the car’s plunging off a cliff. I think it’s a very clever way to illustrate what we all know is happening as Obama desperately tries to save his health plan from oblivion. He’s going to crash and burn in either case, but if he succeeds in his misguided quest, the collateral damage on the rest of us will be huge.
The whole "Trash Toyota" effort is showing the conflict of interest that the Government has now that it owns GM and Chrysler.
