Posted on 03/19/2010 1:46:16 PM PDT by Talkradio03
The 'undecided' Democrat Allen Boyd has now decided that he will vote yes: "U.S. Rep. Allen Boyd, who voted against national health care last November, said today he will vote for the new bill when it comes to the House floor"....This is the Rep. that had half of the audience walk out when he had a Town Hall Meeting in November...

Bye Bye Boyd-ee! We’re coming for you in November!
All it means is he needs more of his constituents to call. If you know anyone in his district, give that person his number.
If not sooner...and we’ve got feathers...and some tar for you.
Cant be good news?
Just have to wait and see...
Was he a previous yes or no?
They’re going to try to convince us that’s it’s a done deal before we can get there tomorrow. Maybe keep some from coming.

“The fourth criteria, slowing the rise of medical costs, was the main thing that caused him to vote against the bill a few months ago, but Boyd said he thinks the new version will do that.”
This guy is either brain-dead or a bald-faced liar. Add 50 million people into the healthcare system more regularly, 30 - 40% of doctors hanging up their shingle because the government mandated compensation levels do not justify their risks, government graft and mismanagement of a nationwide program complete with throngs of new government agencies and appointees and he really thinks medical costs will decline?
I think I would rather admit I was bribed into voting for it.
Get a rope.
His district extends east to Tallahassistan, home of state government and university parasites.
I live in his district. I attended two of his townhalls last summer. He voted for Cap’n Tax but against National Socialist Healthcare.
Boyd is political dead meat.
Representative Boyd the majority owner of Boyd Family Farms Inc., which is currently receiving farm subsidies appropriated by the same Appropriations Subcommittee of which Boyd is a member. Allen Boyd has received almost $1.3 million in federal farm subsidies since 1996, placing him in the top 3 percent of farmers receiving subsidies nationally, and 12th among more than 5,300 farms that received subsidy money over this period .
lol another american hating communist democrat
Allen Boyd will be out of office next November!
this dip must not have any MEDICARE folks in his FL district, then. Imagine seniors supporting s $500 BILLION cut in MEDICARE when Bush was reviled for meager 3% increases.
If this stinker passes, the shiite will hit the fan for MEDICARE seniors before the Nov elections
People in northern FL may be as confused as the rest of the people in the United States.
by next November, the seniors waiting for MEDICARE appointments (if they can find any dr to take them) should take their cots up to this guy’s office and camp out
LOTS of military retirees up there-they are gonna see some tough times with skyrocketing fees for their “free for life” TRICARE, and MEDICARE cutbacks
He is toast and no amount of campaign cash can save him in November - especially with Rubio and McCollum at the top of the ticket.
I think a lot of the rats were threatened or are being blackmailed. They have to be running scared. What other explanation can there be when every rat from across the country is willing to trample on the constitution? There is just something not right with the whole mess. Are they desperate for the tax money?
Boyd hopes to defeat a primary challenger, Lawson, then swing right to win the election.
This jerk Boyd votes 96% with Pelosi yet somehow convinces most of us in his district that he is conservative.
Another commie scum bag.
Rally your local talk radio host into doing street protest in front of your reps local offices. Try and get the local media to cover it. Hammer the Medicare/SS issue, nothing like mad grannies and gramps.
This is from a 2007 contact list of congressional aides. Some might not be there any longer, but worth a try. The ones on the one post are senate aides, a few have bounced back, its worth the effort to clog up their email system along with the phones, and 1/3rd of these senators are up for re-election.
Mail must be inspected for anthrax.

Good idea from the bloggers at Hillbuzz:
They offer specifics and links on how to put pressure on Dem DONORS, who have private numbers for legislators who may have taken their phones off the hook.
Congress may not want to hear from us, but theyll listen to the money men.

CODE RED Contact list http://www.nrcc.org/CodeRed/targets/
Remember they are all being offered BRIBES for their votes. Ask them how much their bribe price is.
The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obamas announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the fixer bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

Congressional Dems on Twitter
That is exactly what we need to be telling these people!!
Not only are their careers over in politics BUT when they return home we will
Boycott any company that hires them
Boycott their spouses and any kids employers
If they own any businesses or have any financial interests, do not patronize the business
Boycott the businesses of any person that donated to get the scum elected in the first place.
In other words, make their lives a living hell for waging war on their own constituents.
Surely Freepers can come up with more ideas on how to “pay” these scumbags back when they return to their districts.
Who's the Republican running against him? I want to send some money. I hope whoever it is pounds him as "the deciding vote" even if he isn't.
“Boyd is political dead meat”
I hope so but there is an independent conservative(McKain) running as well as a republican. I hope it doesn’t divide the vote and hand Boyd the victory.
I hope those in his district are taking notes - You’ve got great ideas. If the sob were in my district, I’d lead the charge!
