If someone gave you the opportunity to be a house hold name and said from the beginning ( before she knew mcCains sphinctertude , apparently you also share the same quality) that she agreed to stump what ever happened in the next election cycle. Would you stick with it?
If Palin is an idiot why is McCain having her stump? Because she has far more political capital than he does. He being a politician has that agreement and is going to use it. She also has the political capital to know that her fans will forgive and admire for following through. If you know how they treated her why the hell do you think she would help him if she wasnt some how obligated?

I already stated my opinion. Sarah Palin has lost support by stumping for mccain. You, poddy mouth, have stated that this was a planned maneuver. It's rather basic.....genius.
It was not a “planned” maneuver as much as a commitment to an agreement that was made when she came on board. Listen McCain hates her, and she is not fond of him. (read her accounts of how they treated her) However this is politics. She has the political capital and he needs it. (I think her followers know this is her following through on her making it to the national stage, thus he will not get much traction for it) I would imagine most of the people going to those rallies are there to see her.
John knows this and it pisses him off. It pissed him off in the campaign so much that they told her she couldnt speak because she was upstaging him.
She was picked by McCain to counter act a possible Hilary Obama ticket. Little did McCain know he would be letting loose a political “Star is Born” movie.
Now we wouldn’t know who Palin was unless McCain picked her. That is a fact. Like him or not ( I particularly LOATHE his presence on the earth) he did walk her into the spot light and she is paying him back, as distasteful as it is to her.
