AG KEN CUCCINELLI PLANS TO SUE OVER HEALTH CARE, BUT AN EASIER, LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO STOP IT IS TO DEMAND THAT OBAMA PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY
Please, please, please, take a minute and read all of the information recently posted at http://www.t-room.us. It is an open letter to Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli asking him why he is going the expensive route of a lawsuit challenging the recently passed Healthcare bill when he has an ELECTION FRAUD COMPLAINT built on strong circumstantial evidence?
Why did Bob Bauer, Obama’s attorney, request that a FEDERAL COURT in Pennsylvania take judicial notice of a computer screen? It was not an official piece of paper you or I could hold and touch and feel in our hands of his “supposed” Certification of Live Birth issued by the state of Hawaii. Bauer actually had the nerve to ask a federal judge to take judicial notice of a COMPUTER SCREEN! Thankfully, the judge denied his request.
I filed this complaint with our Attorney General’s office on September 21, 2009. Why have I not heard a peep from his office? Better yet, why would AG Cuccinelli pursue an expensive legal case challenging the constitutionality of the recent Healthcare bill when he has a legitimate, strong, and factually-based complaint detailing election fraud perpetrated on Virginians in 2008?

Is that really true? Or are you being sarcastic?
True or not, I can't say; I copied it from one of the comments to the linked article. If it is true, the sooner the word gets out, the better! If it's not true, maybe we need to act like RATs and spread disinfo anyway.
It seems like an AG could charge him with election fraud in that state. But it would have to go before a grand jury. The question is can an attorney general gather enough evidence to convince a grand jury.
The problem is still that the records are sealed and we can't get discovery.

An AG could demand a copy of the obama vital statistics if he was doing a criminal investigation. In order for that to happen, there has to be a reasonable amount of evidence that obama did, indeed, break the law and commit fraud...or any other crime for that matter.
That is why he was so quick to pay the unpaid parking fines in Cambridge after he criticized a cambrige cop. ANY LEGAL warrant could open vistas we can only dream of.

Still an AG can't just go pull records on anybody. The records are sealed. He needs a judge to approve discovery.
I suppose he could go ahead and file charges based on the "natural born" clause alone. But he still needs a grand jury to indict.

It can't. Of course not. Yet, right there, on his campaign web site F.T.S., it's stated that a foreign government "governed" Barry from birth and the reason it did, was that Barry inherited that foreign citizenship by way of his foreign national father (no matter where he was born). Assuming, of course, that Sr. was his legal father at birth.
How, then, could he possibly be a "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S.?

Furthermore: Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaii birth certificate based on the word of 1 relative. That is how a foreign born baby could get a HI BC on record, which in turn generates the "birth announcements" in the newspapers.
Get a Court to agree.
