they need to get rid of tenure and the fat cat liberal professors who are dramatically over paid and have been spewing so much bs for years creating the dumb idiots that voted for the pos who are now in control...need to check their workload too...these bureaucrats are the reasons for higher education getting so expensive over the years
They will choose who goes to medical school first of all, and make sure they become family doctors. No surgeons needed, no heart doctors. They will assure all physicians will be Democrats, and willing to let you die instead of insist on aggressive care.
