I suspect his Kenyan Father had his sons Kenyan citizenship documents appended to his BC as part of the Hawiian state records. That the Hawiian documents have it included as part of the birth record. That the father, as a student/ diplomat, was considered a student/diplomat, and Obama is a Kenyan citizen by birth right. The Father may have come here on a diplomatic visa, and his son is a Kenyan.
I think the Father expected his son to live in Kenya, and would need proof of citizenship documented for this reason.
What happens when a diplomat has a birth in the US? Anyone know? Are there forms that have to be recorded?

I make this bet:
Hawaii has a document on file that declares Obama a Kenyan Citizen by virtue of his Fathers Diplomatic status as an offical Kenyan Diplomat.
Interesting note:
USCIS would condsider Obama “Kenyan born” once his Father was recognized as documented with official diplomatic status.
This is why Obama is a Kenyan, and why he has admitted being a Kenyan in the past.
This is why he will not allow any access to his Hawiian records. By US federal law, at birth, he was a Kenyan citizen.
Maybe we should take a good look at Obama’s eligibility to be president…….

A person born in the United States to a foreign diplomatic officer accredited to the United States is not subject to the jurisdiction of United States law. Therefore, that person cannot be considered a U.S. citizen at birth under the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution. This person may, however, be considered a permanent resident at birth and able to receive a green card through creation of record.
Obama fails the eligibilty for a green card, as he did not reside here coninously since birth, from USCIS, children of diplomats:

That makes since, some pundit on FOX claimed they could find no record of articles he edited and M. Kelly did refer to him as the Law Review Editor. I guess that would be the case, because Obama did not edit papers as the President. It also would buttress Rush’s point that this man knows exactly what he is doing, but since he is from academia, cannot comprehend the consequences on our lives Obama lived in a world of game theory not reality. There is something in his academic record he does not want us to see. Other Presidents released there’s and Kerry hesitated because he had some poor grades, if I remember correctly. It has to be something more than grades, blue color, union workers do not care about transcripts.
