This post is an open letter to Rush Limbaugh pertaining to his question he asked his audience today,
“Is It Conservatism's Finest Hour?”
Dear Mr. Limbaugh, Greetings and Dittos from the Ignorant Fishermen Blog. Pertaining to your question on your show today, we - the Ignorant Fishermen - have the answer. It brings us no joy or pleasure in our response to your question, but as you have so honestly taught us, we must have courage to look at the truth. We ask of you to do the same also. In this sobering reply we do not leave America hopeless, nor do we leave America without the answers to the catatonic realities at hand. Our dear Mr. Limbaugh and fellow Americans, there is great hope to all American Conservatives and to the world in this very hour as we as a nation hang at the very precipice of doom.
Today Conservatism in America - and in the world - is at the “Alamo” of its existence. As we shall see, there is no way that we as a nation - let alone a global society - can survive the devastating secular impact of the past 50 years. Even now we are at the imploding point. The overall structure is ready to collapse by the overload of godlessness and decadence heaped upon it by the American people. The dam is about to burst, and the “lawlessness flood” of oppression, tyranny, global war and human catastrophe is soon to deluge the United States of America and the entire world. With the recent passing of the Health Care Reform bill and a tyrannical President and Leftist elected officials, we are speeding toward a lawless fascist state.

Rush is quoting Churchill. Churchill and Britain survived the Nazi onslaught alone. Maybe we will survive the tsunami of Liberal neo Communism even with the drive by media, the congress, and the executive branch smearing us.

Add them to the ranks that the conservative right has now and we are in for a historical shift in the political ideology of Washington. This article omits one very important fact. There are very few “true believers” in the ideas of the left.
The pendulum is going to start swinging back the other way.
If there is a pendulum in recent history, it’s like the one in a clock. The clock does not reverse time as the pendulum changes direction, but keeps advancing. That’s what’s been happening in America. Now and then we elect a Republican President and even a Rep. Congress, but the govt. keeps expanding and our freedom and economic stability keep shrinking.
we are long gone.. The objective view and real one is that we are going to go down fighting but we are going to go down. This reality is too raw and very hard for many conservatives to entertain in their hearts and mind. Have courage and trust in almighty God!..that's what it is all about my dear friend!
You do Rush a great disservice with slanderous lines like that.. You might want to consider changing your name to Matthewsmom... lol... Actually Rush is pretty much on board with this if you have been listing to him of late. that is why this post.... Have fun... I.F.

Our place in this world is what we make of it. Free will, NOT predestination, is what leads us to where we are going.
On one thing I do agree though... This nation, as currently constituted is finished. It IS the fault of the people and the damage is to great to repair.
HOWEVER!!!!!
This does not mean you crawl under a rock and wait for god to save you! The nation may be finished but freedom is NOT! If it means we have to tear this union apart to save ourselves and the rest of the world from the evil it will do in our name, then THAT is what we WILL do!!!

It might put a damper on the neo Communists Democrats attempt to register all these illegals to vote in 2012 and, then, deliver them to the polls.
I have been listening to Rush for years but he is doing something new recently. I hear him say “several” but it comes out “severdull”.
