Take a look at “CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH. Also take a look at the rest of the smaller same sized text. All the text is is same as the 1961 CPGH Mombasa birth certificate.
THE WEBSITE that the Zanzibar birth certificate is posted on HAS ONLY HAD 185 views so far. And most of those are probably from all of use that have viewed it. And the other 85 views are probably from Kim aka Mik beating of to the ENTER key as he/she refreshed the page.

National Registration Bureau Services
Identification in Kenya is traced from 1915 when the British colonial government passed the Native
Registration Ordinance in which, it was mandatory for all adult male Africans to register and carry
identification papers. The Registration of Persons Ordinance Cap 50 of 1947 made mandatory for all
male persons of 16 years and above to register.
This Ordinance became the Registration of Persons Act Cap 107 of the Laws of Kenya in 1963. This
Act was amended in 1978 to provide for the registration of both male and female and create the

Registration of births and deaths was introduced for the first time in Kenya in 1904 and applied only

After independence in 1963 compulsory registration of all births and deaths was extended in phases

Well if that photo has not been photo shopped I may have to reevaluate my entire theory about how you placed the Freddie Mercury BC on line in 2000.

Smith submitted the document and an affidavit to the courts.
If he lied, he will be held accountable.
Any supporting evidence, that he may need in court, is priveledged information.
He is represented by lawyers, as he has told us all on numerous occasions, and I presume, has been told not to discuss anything that has not already been mentioned.
So you, Mik, and others brow beat him to get more information.
What a surprise, its not forthcoming. And I surmise, until he is heard in open court, and his documents and affidavit are heard, she SHOULD say nothing.
Now, it appears he spends his time on various projects, and lets what information go that can be let go, and nothing else.
Nobody can prove the document is fake, or real, but Smith
So don’t act like you can or cannot disprove it, because you can’t.
Move on to other projects, or are you simply incapable of understanding what has been said a thousand times before.

Explain exactly how you, or anyone else would be hurt by Lucas Smith. Nothing you do or say, will make one iota of difference when he steps before a judge, or his documents are reviewed or he is made responsible for his affidavit. Your example is completely unrelated as an example.
This guy was evidently hurting people, costing them life savings. Now, if your talking about going to the police, or an attorney, and actually doing something other than talk, and harass, and bug the sh!t out of everyone here, that is different. Are you?

I believe Lucas is mad about the Freddie Mercury thing for a couple of very simple reasons.
After having bought on e-bay two colonial reports and having discussed them in his video
he came to the conclusion than neither Kenya’s, nor Zanzibar’s government issued BCs before they became indipendent
this would have made the Hospital the legitimate source to his fraud
when the Mercury certificate was mailed to him
he immediately realized he made an error but what got him really mad was having to spend money to do the research he could easily have done on the net which he know disqualifies entirely.
BTW my previous post linking to the GVT of Kenya is partially supporting Lucas position. It says that before the 70’s Gvt BC’s were not mandatory. It also says that during the colonial period GVT BCs were mandatory for Europens and Americans Only.
If you think about it, this is interesting. How would Kenya’s authorities have dealt with Obama’s case ? His father was African and his mother was American. So was his American mother required to register him (condition for obtaining a gvt BC) or not ?

You are fighting a red herring as far as YOU should be concerned. If you don’t like what he says...don’t respond.
Personally, I think what he has is legit. I have checked every line, I have investigated everything everyone has said about him and the document. BUT...until the courts review it, question Smith, etc. NOTHING can be done, one way or the other. The document, regardless of Lucas, WILL stand by itself. His affidavit, will testify to how he got it and the supporting evidence that IMO he is NOT sharing with others. AND, I think that is the way to handle it.
I know that we all want the dirt. We all want to get the skinny, and if we don’t believe him, want to discredit him. BUT, its states evidence, nothing you can say here will change that, and unless you have direct, provable evidence, that its phony, that your willing to submit to the courts, thru an attorney...well, your just spinning your wheels, and most of us are sick of that, and have been for a long time. So, take a deep breath, and let it go. If you can’t do that, then by all means, do your own investigations, and make a change that means something, not just lip service. And I mean that in the nicest way possible.

I think its possible that Smith bought the Kenyan BC from someone ...and he doesnt know for sure if it is real or not.
Its clear to me that Smith’s Africa story is not true
(I really thought the Africa story was the best part of the whole deal...its what sold me on the BC in the first place as it seemed plausible)
Its hard for me to imagine Smith putting this thing together then trying to get rich and famous off of it...and Im not sure Smith is smart enough to make a fake BC. But if he bought it or it was given to him that accounts to his putting so much energy into trying to prove its real by looking at a lot of arcane data.
He cant simply submit it to an expert or his fraud will be uncovered, but he wants the people on the internet to prove that it is real. I think in his heart of hearts he knows its bogus though.
Just a theory though ....another theory is Smith is a psychopath
