Federal authorities say they're certain nearly 300 Somalis allegedly smuggled into the United States by a Virginia man who admitted contacts with an Islamic terrorist group are in the country, but they can't find them despite a worldwide search for leads.
The search, first reported by the Washington Examiner, started in early February after Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested Anthony Joseph Tracy on charges that he helped smuggle the Somalis into the United States from Kenya. The 35-year-old has since been indicted on charges of conspiring with Cuban Embassy officials in Kenya to help the Somalis illegally enter the United States. ICE Agent Thomas Eyre has testified that authorities are "concerned" about the contact Tracy admitted having with the Somali terrorist organization Al-Shabaab, an al Qaeda ally.
On Friday, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema questioned Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeanine Linehan about the status of the government's search for the illegal immigrants.
"We have not identified anyone," Linehan said. "We believe all the individuals are present in the United States. But by the virtue of [Tracy's] successful smuggling scheme, we are having difficulty finding them."

Remember, if they can’t find these illegal alien Somali’s they’ll never vet the 20 million they plan on giving amnesty to.

A short while ago, earlier this evening, I sent out a commentary about the violence of the Mexican Drug Cartels spilling over into the United States and discussed the murder of American officials, purportedly at the hands and at the behest of the Drug Cartels.
I no sooner sent out the commentary when I noticed I received the news report I have attached below. It was forwarded to me by a former colleague at the INS who shares my concerns and, I suspect, my inability to sleep at night!
Consider the first sentence from that news article:

That should certainly grab your attention! I am not claiming that all of the 300 Somali nationals who were smuggled into the United States are engaged in terrorism. Maybe none of them have any ties to terrorist organizations. Then again, the possibility exists that they are all involved with terrorism. The point is that our government does not know. Where terrorism and crime is concerned, ignorance, as the saying goes, is not bliss! When dealing with criminals and especially terrorists- ignorance can kill and can kill many!
On September 11, 2001 nineteen terrorists killed three thousand innocent victims, injured many thousands more- many of whom have been made ill by the toxins they were exposed to in the immediate aftermath of the attacks- a number of whom have died, painfully.
Now it would appear that an estimated 300 citizens of a country that has been clearly identified as being linked to terrorism have entered our country and are “out there” inside our country for purposes only known to them.
Ever since the attacks of September 11, 2001 we have heard a succession of our “leaders” beginning with President George W. Bush and members of his administration as well as other politicians and presidential candidates repeat what has become a virtual mantra about the “War on Terror”
“We are fighting them (the terrorists) over there so that we will not have to fight them over here!”
Why is this article confined to ‘bloggers’ where no one will see it??
