With MANY THANKS to the Heritage Foundation website, this short YouTube video presents that up to thirty terrorists threats have been prevented via key parts of the Patriot Act. In light of what has just taken place this past weekend in New York Citys Times Square is all the reason why parts of this law MUST BE KEPT. But also another lesson is that it will more and more be left up to WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE to do if you see something, say something in order to keep this country SAFE.

Saving for later reading.
Obama (and Kerry before him) declared an end to the war on terror. John Kerry was perfectly ok with a “nusiance” level of terrorism.
President Bush’s national security team thwarted numerous terrorist plots (like the LAX plane attack, the plot on the Brooklyn Bridge, the plot on Heathrow Airport...) because of a PROACTIVE approach.
We’ve seen several terrorist plots (with international implications) that came very close to detonation and were only thwarted by observant citizens. Subsequently they were tried as “criminals” unlike our military who are tried with “war crimes” under a military tribunal (the treasonous Nadil Hasan is NOT facing military tribunal nor is he in the brig).
The Islamist fox is guarding the hen house.
They are only too quick to whip up hysteria over a non-violent rhetoric in the tea party movement while completely dismissing ANY Islamic surpemacist or theocratic ties to the numerous incidents of terrorism we have seen since Jan 20, 2009.
Racists
I thought that Obama’s Muslim outrech program, was supposed to put an end to the Islamic threat.
Mistake in the video, says times square bombing was foiled but it wasn’t.
Nice picture of big sis.
