Governor Palin is Right that Carly Fiorina is the Best Choice for California Conservatives

Both she and DeVore hold the same exact positions. Fiorina supports the Second Amendment, the responsible development of our energy resources, and traditional marriage. She opposes Obamacare and cap-and-trade. She recently came out in support of the Arizona illegal immigration bill. Her pro-life credentials are solid as evidenced by the fact that the National Right to Life and the Susan B. Anthony List endorsed her candidacy.

Carly has executive experience at least, where zero doesn’t, but being the success of that experience is questionable at best, leaves me wondering why she is appealing at all.

As per the HP debacle, she's not all that.

There is no compelling argument for Fiorina in this article.

But I have one in support of Devore - the article says their is no difference in their positions - but Fiorina is an unknown, Devore has a political record.

I'm not in the mood to take another chance & hope for the best. We do not have the time.

I only care that she can run a better statewide race against Babs than DeVore can.

Forget Campbell. He couldn’t beat Himmler.

Best,

Chris

Why do you suppose Fiorina can run a better campaign? Do you not think Boxer will drag out her dismal record at HP, the whole banned exports thing?

It is said she has more money, but as despised as Boxer is funding for her opposition will not be a problem in the general election.

I gotta agree on that...Palin has it wrong. But, IMNSHO, she seems to be not so awfully wrong I’m ready to write her off. Between this and Mccain, though...I am not feeling good about her choices. Either one is not too bad, maybe, but taken together, this looks REAL bad. I am left wondering what is up.

Since her choices are apparently not ideological in nature I think she’d be better off staying out of primary fights and throw her credibility behind the nominees in the general election.

Fiorina, by the measure of her actual non-affirmative action ability, ought to be an accounts payable account somewhere. Palin doesn’t have a clue...backing RINOs like Fiorina and McCain.

I disagree and am voting DeVore.

Any of the Republicans seeking the nomination are far better than Boxer, that’s true.

Palin Endorses Pro Life, Traditional Marriage, Military, Anti-Amnesty & 100% NRA Rated Carly Fiorina

It looks to me like Sarah Palin has made a shrewd political decision to spend her politcal capital on the one she thinks has the best chance to unseat the evil Boxer.

Sometimes I just don’t like the looks of a person, that is the case with Carly. Maybe it’s the short butch style hairdo.... I don’t know.

“I disagree and am voting DeVore.”

If enough conservatives follow your lead, you will wind up with a general election between Boxer and Campbell, a lose/lose situation.

And you are wrong. Campbell is just as bad as Boxer. Fiorina and Devore have similar views. Campbell is a hard leftist. As is Boxer.

I agree. Everyone is still riled by the McCain endorsement and ready to unload on Palin because of that. But this is a shrewd move by Palin and a good one for conservatives.

A choice between a good conservative but certain loser against a decent republican candidate with a good chance of beating a extreme and powerful sitting liberal senator.

Although the other one Campbell could win both the primary and the election, is that any sort of win for us? Maybe, but I’d bet we’d be regretting this over the next 6 years. He’s the danger to conservatives having a decent candidate, and DeVore is in the way. Politics is brutal, but DeVore doesn’t have that electability factor. I hope he does the right thing and withdraws.
