SNIPPET: "Via SpyTalk comes the report of a Western-looking man dressed in Western clothes, milling around in a group of Taliban fighters in Kunar province, Afghanistan. The video (above, for as long as it stays up) was produced by Al Emara, the Taliban's propaganda arm, and released on jihadist forums over the weekend. The video also has plenty of footage of the Taliban's assault on Combat Outpost Keating in the Kamdesh district in Kunar province. Interestingly enough, the Sunday Times also ran a story about a group of "White Taliban" encountered in Zabul province."

Aren’t many of the Afghan and Chechen Taliban, white? What they should have implied was, “Western”.

Generally speaking, white jihadis come in various nationalities including Chechens, Germans, Americans, Brits, and etc.
Odd he doesn’t seem to be wearing a hat or any sort of head dress. And his hair cut looks like it was done with a cereal bowl.
Maybe it’s propaganda or photo-shopped.
Maybe he’s on the path of a some mission.
Maybe he’s a dork and marches to his own drummer.
I have no facts to relate to you SeeSharp why he looks as he does.
One of the German jihadis looked like a classic funeral undertaker, in my opinion.
The thing jihadis have in common is that they are losers.
