Buffy, you have not slain this vampire quite yet.

Our Fearlessly Ineligible POTUS is the de facto Potus. Of course he will run again.

We have two main chances:
(1) The Writs of Quo Warranto now being sought in the Federal District Court of DC will wend their way on appeal from one side or the other to the SCOTUS, which will rule on the "Natural Born Citizen" issue. If the court (which by that time will have Raoul Castro and Hugo Chavez sitting next to Sotomayor and Kagan, while Scalia, Roberts, Thomas, and Alito play celebrity golf somewhere) rules "ineligible," He won't run.
(2) Several states pass their own eligibility rules and find him ineligible, thereby removing him from the ballot.
(3) "Removal, before 2012," you ask?
