Pamela Geller, whose appearance at the Tennessee Tea Party Coalition convention in Gatlinburg on Saturday drew criticism from Muslim groups, blogged about the support she has received at the gathering, saying: "G-d bless Steven King. And Tennessee."

U.S. Rep. Steven King, an Iowa Republican, brushed aside calls from Muslin groups that he not address the convention because of Geller's participation. And organizers of the Gatlinburg Tea Party convention said they had received over 1,000 e-mails of support for their decision to keep her on the program.

Good for him!

Steven King should have responded, "When these Muslim groups condemn the terrorist act on 9/11, and the terrorism sponsored around the world by Muslim terrorists, then maybe I'll listen to what they have to say."

After 9/11 there were many Muslim groups to conditionally condenm the terror. I.E., yes it was bad but,.....

IMHO few unconditionally condenmed the terror and the average Muslim in the street in the middle east was dancing in the street.

I will never forget this.

Muslim groups are becoming more and more boisterous in their demands on what Americans and American politicians should and should not do.

They are starting to try a power play in this country and it’s time we started playing opposite them.

Having a Muslim President seems to empower them.

Simply put, Ms. Geller is simply AWESOME. I remember sometimes last year when they canceled a speech engagement for Geert Wilders because of the same threatening position of CAIR and the likes and how she actually used her own money to rent a conference room to have the speech for which so many traveled there to attend so they can hear Mr. Wilders speak. If that's not respect, consideration and commitment from Ms. Geller, I do not know what is..

She impressed me so by her resourcefulness and thoughtfulness and she deserves an unwavering support from us. As well as Mr. Spencer and Mr. Horowitz.
