Rand Paul last week gave a weak and pathetic response to Rachel Maddow's interview question on the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Since then, he canceled a scheduled appearance for Meet the Press last Sunday, and the
Tonight Leno Show last night. Both hosts of the respective shows were on Leno's program, trying to sound objective:

Maybe that little kid might let white males play in the NBA whitey league due to the NBA discrimination - ditto the NFL or ditto the illegal alien MLB.
Someone should tell that kid that baseball integrated in 47, almost 20 years before the Civil Rights Act.
I like Rand Paul, but I agree with you he did a terrible job. Did he not know they would go after the “racist” angle? If he can’t explain himself he needs to stick to bland talking points like the rest of the politicians
