No way, no how.

His approval rating is at 47% according to Gallup.

Reagan’s was at 45% at the same period in his office. This ain’t over yet...

Obozo must be praying that the GOP takes at least the House. It will give him political cover for all the things that he cannot do and all the things that go wrong.

His poll numbers aren’t that bad.

Did the author say he was going to quit because of current poll numbers???

A lot will depend on the 2010 elections and how aggressive the Republicans want to get. If they truly investigate how TARP funds were spent and the general thugocracy of this administration, and indictments start to unravel the web, Bozo could resign just to save his ass. Joe Biden gets his shot after all.

God help us but the cure has got to be about as truamatic as the crap they have been feeding us. Repeal all, repeat all, legislation passed by this congress.

No, Obama is too narcissistic to resign. He believes he’s doing no wrong, which is typical of a lib.

The state run media will carry the water for Obama no matter what, but if this editorial would become common knowledge and opinion about Obama, he's outta here and into the history books as THE worst President ever. Sounds good to me!

No way, no how.

You are clearly forgetting an unalterable truth. No matter how disgraced and despised they may, liberals, democrats, and the rest of the assorted traiterous scum in this country do not resign.

They will hang on to power by their fingernails, and will not relinquish power voluntarily based on the rule of law. They are above the law.

The point is when you ridicule an author and a publication you should at least know something of which you speak. It would be akin to attacking something said by someone like Sean Hannity and then adding “isn’t he some kind of liberal know-nothing idiot”?

Most here seem to dismiss this idea based on the belief that Obama will never give up the WH. Perhaps the author didn’t do a good enough job of tying it together, but if Obama is facing impeachment, the democrats will push him out the door if his popularity falls far enough. Obama would then be in a no-win situation. Resign or be impeached and face criminal charges.

"...if Obama is facing impeachment, the democrats will push him out the door if his popularity falls far enough. Obama would then be in a no-win situation. Resign or be impeached and face criminal charges".

We need a majority of Democrats to tell Obama they WILL vote for impeachment if he doesn't resign.

This scenerio happened to Nixon and it can happen again.

To all

A) I agree he is too narcissistic to resign,
B) The Democrats can't risk his resignation and I would say they can't risk him not being renominated.

If he resigns or he is not renominated the Rats most reliable voting block walk. Meaning they won't show up to vote in 2012. If the happens Rat electoral losses continue to spiral downward. By letting “Zero the Zero” have the nomination then the election Rats have jumped on a particular Tiger they will have to ride to 2012. Where the evil racist GOP will dethrone him and the Rats keep both myths alive:
1. The GOP is racist,
2. Rats care about “minorities”.

You misread my note. Point one was concern over the nation being horribly naive. Point two was a question on clarity over American Spectator. I was genuinely concerned over anyone believing he would step down. I am shocked that anyone in a conservative mag would predict such a thing. It does show, that even authors in AmSpec are naive or just loose-canoned in making wild guesses.

No it can't.
Unless you believe that the insane Congress is driving what Obama does, or vice-versa.

I happen to think that on the ass, Obama is the mouth, but the House (the other end of the donkey) can never evade ultimate responsibility for the disaster currently visiting our late, great country.

How will getting rid of the "great fake uniter" change anything?

What would convince Democrats it is in their best interests to do this?

As much as I wish it would happen, it never will; Obuttocks doesn't even have the smidge of residual honour that Nixon had when he finally resigned.

No, just because Biden moves from #2 to #1, that does NOT mean Pelosi automatically moves up to #2. Biden gets to select a VP nominee and the nominee is confirmed by a majority vote in both the House and Senate.

It will never happen.

This man’s ego puts clinton to shame.

Resign?

Nah. But, it doesn’t hurt to dream does it?
