There are evil people (by Peck's definition) who do not have NPD. Evil seems to grow anywhere people, for whatever reason, refuse to examine their motives, actions, and thought against a backdrop of Truth.
I know some Liberals who are on the path to evil only because they consider truth relative and, as such, deem any evaluation of themselves against standards of "truth" unnecessary. They not necessarily narcissistic but might consider sexual freedom or cheating on an exam or shoplifting OK ...and this is the beginning of evil.
I think people who are involved in witchcraft and sorcery are opening themselves up to evil...but whether they have NPD is unrelated to that activity.
Also, his chapter on demonic possession ("Danger--High Voltage) was unrelated to NPD.
My experience is that evil depends on how a person reacts to the inevitable injury that life inflicts of the human spirit.
Some people grow in character, some people simply become angry and diminish in spirit.
I think that was Alinsky's coded way of saying that Lucifer is real!

Wasn’t Lucifer’s greatest sin, his motivation, a narcissistic jealousy? He wasn’t rebelling because of any wrongs committed against him or other angels. There was no oppression, prejudice or other suffering imposed on him or anyone else. Everything was perfect. His sole complaint was that he couldn’t take credit for that perfection. So Lucifer was the rebel whose cause was jealousy the most ignoble cause of all. Fits communists/Progressives like Barry0 to a T.

Having seen the evil in men’s eyes and the spirit of the snake crawling through a man, as well as Christ in someone’s eyes, I’d say yes.
Like the movie, “Constantine,” it’s really too bad that some people don’t believe in the Devil because he does believe in them. The 20th century, as in “The Devil’s Advocate,” was almost entirely his. The 21st is falling into the hell hole unless you are protected by The Most High. This is shaping up to be the whirlwind reaped by transgressors.
And his public persona is visible for all to see in Obama! Smooth as silk (as long as he has his teleprompter) with ideas straight from the pits of hell!
Obama ain't "No Drama Obama" fo' nuttin'! It's hard for a reptile to work up emotions (no insult to real reptiles intended). He has no humanity from which to draw emotions!
I'm not saying I have absolutely concluded Obama is the Spawn of Lucifer, but every week there is more evidence in favor of—and none yet opposed.

I for one saw saw a child in Hong Kong almost first hand the effects of the Cultural Revolution in China, with my mom knowing first hand people who escaped to Hong Kong between 1966 and 1970 at great risk to their lives. This is why I am so dead-set against the policies of Prsident Obama.
Which explains why he fits in so well with the other losers.
