In her bid to be the GOP nominee for California secretary of state, Birther conspiracy theorist Orly Taitz got 368,000 votes -- about 26 percent -- but lost badly to mainstream Republican Damon Dunn, who got 74 percent.
The only question now is: how long till Taitz claims the election was stolen and initiates years of litigation?
The top of her website currently features an amateurish YouTube video headlined "Interview with senior citizens, who supposedly nominated Damon Dunn, but swear they never did it."
Even if she accepts the election results as legitimate, Taitz has plenty to keep her busy in the courts. She's still facing complaints filed with the California bar, and she's also locked in a battle with a U.S. attorney in Georgia over an unpaid fine that was imposed on Taitz for making frivolous Birther legal filings.
I hope Orly didn’t spend a lot on her ‘victory’ party.
Good Lord. And the worst part is, there are FReepers who voted for this loon.
she is a loon for believing Article 2 of the Constitution should be upheld?
yup... down right crazy.
she must be reading them thar ancient doc-u-ments and thinking dey mean sumthin. wha an idjit
Ah, you’re one of them. I shall back slowly away without making eye contact.
i see... you must believe id checks are only for the little people.
I will also expose myself as one of them, along with the 26% that voted for her in the most far left State in the Union. She is no more loony than the current occupant of the White House.
Talk about being damned by faint praise...
And there are some freepers who voted for Dunn and he voted for Barry.
She isn't a loon, she's a clown. Claims to have gone to online clown school.
Personally, I think she flunked out. SO.....
