An announcement could be printed if someone applied for a BC even if Obama was not born in a hospital...

The newspaper announcements did not come from the HDOH in 1961. The HDOH knows that and though they’ve implied otherwise in their public statements, in 2 different official communications they’ve indirectly acknowledged that they didn’t supply vital records lists to the newspapers in 1961.
Just like the forged COLB which they appeared to support publicly, but their official communications to private individuals revealed that the online COLB’s were forged - something the HDOH officials have known all along.
The treachery at the HDOH goes even deeper than that, though, and will soon be common knowledge, Lord willing.
The Hawaiian records dept . places the birth announcements in local papers for anyone who registers a child in Hawaii. It has never been contested that obama’s parents registered obama’s birth in Hawaii. Hawaiian law did not require birth in Hawaii in 1961 to be registered there. If obama was born in Hawaii he would be able to release a CERTIFIED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH showing hospital and doctor information. Of course Article 2 of the Constitution requires both parents to be U.S. citizens at birth. Therefore even with a Certified Certificate obama would not be eligible to be President.
Easily submitted by his savvy grandmother who would want her only grandson to considered an American born citizen and not recorded to have been born in Kenya or some such place. What grandmother would not want her son to be considered born here if she thought she could pull it off and was not adverse to cheating? After all, she may have reasoned, she was only helping Hawaii out by advancing it's citizenship count and those in the know may have understood it's unscrupulous goal of getting more federal money in it's coffers.
Use your newspaper birth announcement to try to get a passport, drivers license or anything.... be prepared to be laughed at. What would you say if a couple of actual newspapers from that date didn’t show the announcement? How would you explain how they got into the microfilm but were NOT in the original newspapers on that date? Tell me how you would explain that and let’s assume that those papers have been authenticated by several independent experts who were not told the reason it was to be authenticated.

I’m just curious: I went and looked at sites with reproductions of the birth announcement, and it does exist, at least in the blogosphere.
Do I remember correctely that the address listed on the announcement doesn’t/didn’t really exist?
Also, is it clear that Obama’s mother and father were really married? Is there a marriage certificate?
