CAROL FOWLER is CRYING "FOUL" in SOUTH CAROLINA (and I can't stop smiling!)

...Carol Fowler - she's married to Don Fowler, former Chair of the DNC Services Corporation - and her dupe-in-crime, Senator Clyburn, seemed shocked that this candidate they find to be so inappropriate to the D brand could have won their spot for U.S. Senate on the November ballot, right? But that makes no sense. Know why? (You are going to love this next part.)

Because in SC, in order to vie for a position as the nominee for the party; the candidate must register for the primary directly through the party! Yep; Mr. Greene filed the required paperwork with the DPSC and handed over the $10,400 filing fee directly to them. The SCDP then forwarded his name, along with his filing fee, to election officials at the SC Election Commission("SCEC") to get them to print his name next to the D on the primary ballot. And, presumably, as required by state law, someone from the DPSC swore he was or at the time of the election would be eligible for the job! http://www.scstatehouse.gov/code/t07c011.htm

HA HA HA HA HA! I'll bet anything Carol Fowler wishes she'd done a better job of vetting this candidate!...

Don’t you have to get a certain amount of names on a petition or something? You can just file a fee and get on a ballot in SC???

Same way they run the country, why should we be surprised. Look at how Obama was vetted.

Liberals are reaching a point taught to them. Let the games begin. (Yet they are clueless on that point).

Jim Clyburn has claimed that the Republicans put the guy on the ballot (planted), but don’t put it past Clyburn planting this guy himself. Sounds crazy, but I noticed that Clyburn actually had a primary Challenger? Very strange in that district, I lived in that district and it was gerrymandered in the 90’s and I don’t remember Clyburn having a primary challenger in a long, long time.

The guy got about 100k votes and Clyburn got 50K in the 6th district alone (I'll wager that everyone that voted for Clyburn voted for Alvin. Hummm, maybe Jim was getting worried and thought he needed an additional draw on the ballot. I don’t know why, as he got 90% of the vote in the primary, but don’t put it past this guy to throw the entire party under the bus to insure a victory in November ( I also noticed he might have a serious opponent for the General).

If this guy stays in to the general in November you can bet Clyburn is really behind this move IMHO.

BTW Clyburn is from Sumter, SC which is very close to Manning, SC which is where Alvin Greene is from. Just seem curious to me.

I posted the law, for your convenience. See, one thing I find a lot of people miss when they check their state election laws for things like filing deadlines; is that usually, two (2) sets of laws exist, one for party candidates and one for non-party candidates. And even for party candidates, to get the name printed on the general election ballot, there’s one deadline for party candidates nominated by primary; and another deadline for party candidates nominated by Convention. So, for example, filing deadline for D Presidential candidates to get their names printed on the general election ballot is after the nominating Convention at the end of the summer; but the deadline for candidates for U.S. Senate for the same general election ballot, is after the primary.

Yes, and I am hoping that point is not missed. (Did you read the whole article?)

I am so glad you said this. Because at this late hour, I am my only ‘live’ audience! And I thought this was a hoot!

But I have to tell you, the ‘evidence’ is mounting that, no one is ‘checking’ anyone, except us! Sooner or later, some reporter has to pick up on the fact, the on-line COLB is only campaign advertisement after all, right?

Greene paid his $10,400 fee.

He was backed, I suspect, by the Wateree Community Actions group.

It’s an ACORN like outfit that got millions from the Obama stimulus for jobs creation.

SC Manning and Sumter counties are 12-15% reported unemployed.

WCA has not hired anybody.

I was tempted to ‘out’ more of Mr. Clyburn’s insanity; but I decided to stay focused on the lack of vetting.

There was so much more I could have written. For example, Mr. Greene was sufficiently indigent when charged with the felony, he qualified for a state lawyer. But a few months later, he had $10,400 for the filing fee. (Mr. Clyburn said, Mr. Greene attempted to pay this in cash.) (Hmmm, how did he know this, given that he was so surprised to learn of Mr. Greene’s particulars AFTER HE WON THE PRIMARY!)

I will let that fester. We sometimes are not in control but it’s hard to tell when we are. Being ever so vigilant is the key. We do not determine the time or place. We do determine the ability. :^)

Greene is a young Black guy that got (honorably) kicked out of the Army.

If this guy was a setup by Clyburn/DNC to make sure he's protected then they must be really worried about November or know/sense something we don't. Just saying, I hope it's true.

I cannot say that WCA was involved. But, where is all this “stimulus” money?

And the Air Force. Reports from Mother Jones had his supervisors in both services say the guy was too dumb to live.

Or, so I have heard.

Obama didn’t piss it all away. Until they answer to the attacks of Sept. 2008 they can kiss my ass. The whole damn muslim world drained 1/3 and he knows it. It was calculated to show our vulnerability in the market. Why don’t they go ahead and do it. Instead this assclown is bowing down.
