In fairness to some of these folks, a number of these photos look like prison tats that were probably something less than voluntary.

Sadly, you are wrong. The tool above has "Property of Jolene" on his forehead. Some of the specimens I've seen have girls names in their tattoos. For every vile person you meet, you'll find a member of the opposite sex that's just as vile.

I think most of the tats in this slideshow (especially the morons with the Nazi tats) should be considered a sort of probable cause for search all by themselves. You know a guy who has a head covered with Nazi symbols isn’t going to be able to get a job...so where’s he getting the money to eat? Bring in the drug sniffing dog, etc.
