Gates spoke at the Kaiserslautern High School in Germany When I was an exchange student in Saarbrücken, I kept up on news from America by listening to the Armed Forces Radio Network station in Kaiserslautern, a city that was home to hundreds of American residents, few of whom could say the name correctly.
