TP? Toilet paper?
In before the ping.
So this cat doesn't read his email, and has no memory of things that he got two weeks ago?
Is he a drunk or senile or what?
That guy doesn’t look like anyone I’d want baking me a cake.
AJM: And of course, Carly Fiorina had a pretty high profile career. So she was kind of a household name to start with, in addition to her money.
DH: There it is. Anyway, were rocking along. I think there is a good chance that Meg Whitman will beat Jerry Brown.
AJM: I hope so. California really doesnt need another Governor Moonbeam term.
DH: I agree with you. I think weve had a lot of Browns. Too many.
Sounds like a small endorsement, there.
Yeah, he certainly did not sound excited about the primary results, but he ain’t gonna be voting Moonbeam
So how does that sit with you? He’d obviously vote for a RINO over moonbeam.
I wouldn’t expect him to do otherwise. He’s never indicated that he won’t vote for a RINO over a Rat.
But isn’t that at odds with you?
I’m not a Republican, so I haven’t voted for a RINO in years. Never will again.
But you’re willing to support and vote for someone who will vote for a RINO?
I’d never vote for anyone if that was the criteria I used.
For once we agree; you are confused. Very confused.
Ah, so you’re wise to my trap! :) And to think we have it on record, too.
If that was a trap, that was the weakest trap ever devised. You are conflating making endorsements for RINOs over conservatives (ie the entire party pimping McCain over Hayworth) in a contested primary with general election votes. More of that Patented Rintense Logic?
Nope, just found what’s needed for later...
LOL. That’s a real club you found there.
You criticizing anyone by ‘club’ is hysterical.
I don’t know of anyone who understands the Red China threats like Duncan Hunter.
wrong kinda club, toots. I was referring to the kind cavemen carry.
Ha. So was I. Ironically, its the same ‘club’ your ‘club’ uses.
He certainly seems like one of the very few people worried about it. Has been for two decades. Falls on deaf RINO and democrat ears though
glad to hear him acknowledge (even ever so slightly & briefly) the ultra secret (but not so secret) eligibility problem of the One who was born a subject to the crown of her majesty the Queen of England...and therefore NOT a natural born citizen of the U.S. and therefore a usurper.
Ouch. That's gotta hurt.........
He’s not opposed to folks doing the research. He’s just not confident, because he hasn’t dug into it in much detail, that it will come to fruition:
AJM: Absolutely. Oh, I had a 3rd thing about Arizona. One of their committees just passed a law, or rather passed a bill out of committee with 45 or so cosponsors, that going forward, every presidential candidate needs to produce absolute proof of natural born citizen status.
AJM: Arizona is one of 7 or 8 states that are actually considering this law. And Im guessing you know why they did it?
DH: Personally, I wouldnt care if Obama came from the moon if his policies didnt come from Stalingrad.
DH: In seriousness, the United States expended a lot of lives and deployed troops in a lot of difficult and dangerous places over the last hundred years to retain our freedom, to protect our freedom, to defend our constitution, and the idea that we have voluntarily given up such huge chunks of that freedom as a function of the last election is a tragedy. A genuine tragedy.
AJM: Thats why I feel a little better today. Did you see any TV yesterday? There were Tea Parties from coast to coast small towns, medium sized towns, capitols I think in San Jose or someplace near there they had 10,000 people. I think they had several hundred thousand people in the DC. So something is in the air, and knock on wood, it is pointing to a conservative victory in 2010.
DH: Yeah. Hopefully. Weve got a lot of work ahead of us. That is why Im working hard with great conservative candidates like Jesse Kelly in Arizona, Greg Popaditch here in San Diego County ..
(lost connection ..redial)
DH: Go ahead Jim.
AJM: Well, lets just wrap this up for today since we have a bad connection. I just wanted to quickly follow up on your quip that you wouldnt care if Obama was from the moon as long as his politics werent from Stalingrad- which was very clever, by the way. But you started saying something else, and I lost most of the words.
DH: Well, I think weve lost that quote forever then. (laughs)
AJM: It was the most brilliant thing youve ever said! (laughs) It sure sounded good, the little bits and pieces Im getting.
DH: Right. A man of few words. (laughs)
AJM: On that same subject though, theres been a lot of research, from myself included, that Obama does not meet the constitutional qualifications.
DH: I think to some degree that it reflects the frustration of a conservative electorate which has itself to blame, partially, for the democrat takeover of Congress and the Presidency. In some places we had an extremely low turnout. And that frustration is manifested in grumbling about Obamas birth place, and that he still convinced a majority of Americans to vote for him over the Republican candidate. Its too late to grumble whether Obama met Constitutional muster in 2008. But it is not too late win the Congress back in 2010, and that is what we need to be concentrating on. People who spent days wringing their hands over his birth place could have been registering voters and helping people they know to get out and vote. Lets say Obama hadnt won, and old Hillary Clinton had won the nomination. With the same Republican turnout, she would have become president, with precisely the same policies.
AJM: Yep, thats probably true. And Im going to tell you why, at least from my perspective. His name is John McCain. I know literally dozens of conservatives, mostly conservative Republicans, who would not vote for him. We cant repeat that kind of mistake again. I think we discussed this before: We need Reaganite, not a watered down, what side of the issue will he come down on type of Republican. Thats why we lost. It didnt help that Bush had become unpopular to start with.
Anyway, the point I was making about Arizonas law yeah its water under the bridge for 2008 but Arizona and other states are going to hopefully make it a requirement going forward. Not counting on it eliminating him, but there is a chance. From the research Ive done and seen, his birth circumstances are pretty iffy.
DH: Yeah. I dont know of anyone who has made it conclusive, or who has conclusively followed that trail of investigation. It could happen, but you cant depend on it happening. But I do know that elections are won and lost by purposeful people who turnout to support good candidates.
Good grief. ROFL. Precious’ logic has infected her minions. To be expected, I reckon.
Who is your favorite politician(s)?
Which seems to completely elude you for some reason........I'm glad you're candidate isn't as "purist" as you........which would make for some fun conversation as jla and rintense have pointed out.
But once again, that seems to elude you......
Ronald Reagan. Next question?
How could anyone possibly say (essentially) that since he's sitting in the WH (as a usurper) it doesn't matter now? Beyond me how they believe it's a non issue.
Oh, the usurper? It may have been an issue PRIOR to the election, but now that he's successfully deceived so many citizens...it's no big deal now. Really Duncan? Really? The Constitution must matter at all times, or it doesn't matter at all, IMHO.
Good, I loved Ronald Reagan, and Duncan Hunter is a Reagan conservative, which is why I love Duncan Hunter.
Of course, Duncan Hunter would not have supported amnesty, as Ronald Reagan did, but nobody is perfect, nor can we expect to agree with any polician 100%.
See my point??
I am under no illusion that any politician is perfect, and have said so repeatedly for years. Nor do I espouse the 'purist' rhetoric that a RINO support/endorsement disqualifies someone from being a conservative.
Perhaps if you were to check my posting history, you'd see that.
DH: “And their (China) industrial base is growing by leaps and bounds, fueled by American trade dollars.”
Lately I’ve been seeing more and more food products produced in Red China, and to buy garlic powder, I had to send away for it in CA. Chinese food is filthy, so what if there’s a time when we have no choice but to purchase food from China, just as we don’t have much of a choice when purchasing electronics.
What can be done?
That's right. We can dig and file lawsuits, but we cannot depend on this being a silver bullet. By the time it is litigated properly, he will likely be out of office in 2012.
Is there a difference between a primary and a general election in your pea brain, or is pimping RINOs over conservatives the same as plugging your nose and voting for McCain/Palin over an Obama or Hillary?
What does hypocrisy smell like? Because it is starting to reek heavily here.
You and the truth have never met. You going to support Flipper again, by the way, kneepads?
Thanks, pissant. A great man, he. A true visionary, as I often stated during his presidential campaign. I would be interested in what he has to say about the Gulf of Mexico fiasco. Incidentally, I wonder if Meg Whitman is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. It would not surprise me if she is. Go Dino Rossi!
Go Clint Didier. ;o)
I don’t know much about Didier, but Rossi has name recognition. Anything to get Murray outta there!
