That's right, it's not in the Constitution. So if you want a new Declaration of Independence, you're no longer operating under or defending the Constitution.

Unfortunately 45% of the people of this Despotism are on that Train -- the Gravy Train -- and they love the salaries, benefits, retirement, payoffs, payouts, dispersals, grants, bribes and extortions coming from the operators of this Train of Abuses and Usurpations. They don't want it to stop.

The other 55% are being run over by it. They are fuel for it. They are the ones who are compelled to pay the bills for this Train.
