Well, there is one reason why he probably delayed the response ... there was no use cleaning it up right now when there was more coming behind it, one “wave” after another, and he knew that there was no way to stop it in the meantime.
I think BP and Obama know a lot more than they are telling and that’s the fact that they can’t stop it, so why bother with cleanup when you do something one day and the very next day more comes along — and the next day and the next ... for the next year?
They’re not going to stop it any time soon ... unfortunately...
