Jimmy Carter Upset That SCOTUS Ruling Means He Canít Pal Around With Terrorists Anymore
David Horowitz's NewsReal Blog ^ | Cassy Fiano

Posted on 06/23/2010 2:23:40 AM PDT by Michael van der Galien

Yesterday, the Supreme Court upheld a federal law barring material support for foreign terrorist organizations. And right on time, America’s favorite useful idiot has come out swinging against it. Jimmy Carter is upset because, with this federal law upheld, he won’t be able to pal around with his buddies in Hamas and Hezbollah anymore.

Cue the tiny little violin playing:

Former President Jimmy Carter has voiced concern that Monday’s Supreme Court ruling on “material support” to terrorist groups may criminalize his “work to promote peace and freedom.”

Carter, whose advocacy has entailed contact with groups designated by the U.S. government as “foreign terrorist organizations” (FTOs) – notably Hamas and Hezbollah – said he was disappointed by the court decision.

… Arguing that there can be no peace in the region without those groups’ participation, Carter has reached out to Hamas and Hezbollah, rejecting criticism that doing so could be viewed as legitimizing their violent activities. Since the 1980s both groups have killed hundreds of people in suicide bombings and other terror attacks, most of them Israelis and Americans.

Some people argue that organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah need help to overcome their murderous tendencies; that with advocacy and humanitarian support, they’ll see the error of their ways and turn to peace. These people, Jimmy Carter being one of them, are delusional. The reality is that there is no logical reasoning you can use to persuade the illogical, bloodthirsty murderers who make up these foreign terrorist organizations to become peaceful. Hamas, for example, has murdered hundreds (if not thousands) of innocent Israelis and Americans. Hezbollah wants to round up all Jews and put them in Israel so that they can be slaughtered. (Remember this blood-chilling exchange between David Horowitz and an MSA student at UCSD?)

“…reached out to Hamas and Hezbollah, rejecting criticism that doing so could be viewed as legitimizing their violent activities…”

Carter a front man for terrorism and the 5th Column movement; nothing more than a world class fraudster for international crime!

It is not a matter of “anymore”. The little peanut could and should be prosecuted for all his past traitorous activity.

Prepare yourself. 30 years from now an aging Obambi will be hogging some stage somewhere trying to paint his dismal record with some accomplishment or some honor somehow. This is just a preview.

The day is not far off when Jimmy Carter will stand naked before the Judge and give an account of himself.

Hey Jimmy!

Supporting “Peace and Freedome” is NOT accoumplished by supporting Muslim Terrorists!
If Israel did not exist, Muslim terror would persist.

“He’s just upset that BO is edging him out for the worst president in modern history.”

We joke about this statement, but think about it like this: once Obamao finishes his one-term, he will be undeniably the WORST President in American history. At that point, Jimmy Carter will become just like Millard Fillmore, James Garfield and William McKinley - just a name on the list of past U.S. Presidents.

Right now he has a claim to fame (more like infamy) and that is going bye-bye real D@MN quick! He already does not really account for anything, once his one claim to stardom (his ineptness) is usurped, he really will be nothing more than a stupid, anti-Semitic peanut farmer, who became President.

“You seem to have overlooked the fact that he was born again”

To be born again, yet live as if you did not receive a cloak of newness, is to have NOT been born again.

Born again Christians can backslide, completely out of Heaven (I’ll bet) and someone as anti-Semitic as Jimmy Carter will have a whole list of accounting to do on his judgment day.

Not that I and many others won’t, but I haven’t continued to live my life as if I never learned the wants of the Lord in my life - unlike Jimmy Carter!

No ex-post-facto law means that Carter can’t be prosecuted for his prior support of terrorists. But keep a close eye on him from now on; he’ll slip sooner or later.

Well, Jesus said you judge a tree by its fruit. Can a thornbush have apples? Will an apple tree put out thistles?
