While many of you have been downing beers, smoking cigarettes, and doing drugs on the government dime for years, how many of you knew your EBT cards could be used to pay for your gambling expenses and to chow down on fast food too? Just when you thought it could not get any better, your California EBT Cards are now welcomed at almost half the casinos and many of the fast food restaurants in the state.
Casinos now. And I thought EBT cards being taken at PaPa Murphys Pizza was over the top.
So that’s what an EBT Card is.
I saw one of those on the window of a smoke shop and wondered what it was. I had no idea.

Every time I hear the latest news on California's slide, this song pops into my head. Most people do not know it but California is actually not sliding into the Pacific. It is rapidly sliding towards the South, South Tijuana.
They are still putting EBT on windows. I was just at the ATM and it says we take “EBT”.
After hearing this news- I called to cancel my EBT card, because I was afraid of getting in trouble. I asked the guy on the phone as I was just about to have it canceled if I could use it in another state...and his reply. YES... you can. I told him if I could use it in another state( because I am, and I told him where I was) than I do NOT want to cancel it..I just don't want to be in trouble for using it. He assured me I wouldn't be. I am thinking I should of got his name. ...
