You may wish to read this more than once and to read the linked documentation. And lest you think JoAnne and her friends are nutty, I have spoken with her and, for example, asked her if she believes the Deepwater Horzon gusher was started intentionally. And what did she say? "I don't know." Do you?
I.O. does not suggest that the grand plan is to make one vast algae farm of the Gulf of Mexico, but mega-manipulators, mega-racketeers, and mega-exploiters must be watched, as the dead zone gets ever bigger in the Gulf.

Not sure of this, because do not have a scientific background. I have noticed many engineers on different threads about the gulf are saying that the rumors going around about the bubble and tsunami are not true.
There is a video that explains that all of this is an illusion and before you judge, listen to it. It makes perfect sense if you listen to all of it and then put it together with the algae and biofuels, cap & trade, Petrobas aspects as well as Agenda 21 and depopulation.
The video says it is an illusion (New world order)and explained why it looks more like a volcano and why the people with science backgrounds will be more difficult to convince.

We have all been wondering why Obama would want to destroy so much of the gulf area with his lack of response, and this video makes more sense – an illusion – than anything else.
He makes some points in the video, and I think the motivations mentioned in the video and the algae farm is what will happen to the gulf when his plan is implemented.
Please understand we are all trying to figure out why there has been a lack of response.
Ok lets say its true we had a bunch of UN buses, where else would you recommend we store them, I would think Florida would be a better state then lets say Nebraska.
Two friends saw these buses in central Ohio.
Were they hiding them in the corn.
No - they saw them being transported on a major highway in Columbus. I bet a lot of people saw them.
This is extremely interesting. I’m sending it on to some of my friends to get their take on it.
I’ve felt from “Day One” that the timing of this oil leak was too helpful to Obama for it to be coincidence. I wouldn’t put ANYTHING past these people!

But, whatever the truth is, greed is a major player: for money and/or power.
I had to ask myself the question why would the disinformation be sent out on a topic as serious as this and what would anyone have to gain from it?
There are a few reasons that someone might want to put out disinformation: They are covering up the real reason they want everyone to evacuate or to instill fear.
Another reason is to divide people. The engineers and scientists might know the science, whereas the rest of the people understand that something is wrong with the response to the disaster (oh and we need to blame BP). The engineers say there are propaganda theories and that the science doesn’t support the rumors.
They may want to create confusion to cover up the mis-steps of the clean up because it is evident they have not done all that could be done. However, with Crime Inc being exposed, it is apparent that they have made a sophisticated master plan and an inappropriate response means there is an ulterior motive.
On a more simplistic level, it is possible that they want to prepare people for what is coming and this may be the key. People know - they sense something is very wrong and in order to lead the people to “want” the evacuation, information is sent out that instills fear. Isn’t that how they work? They condition people so that they eventually want to give up their freedom?
I recall once that Beck said that if you don’t know the truth, people are often left to their imaginations. And when the government doesn’t tell you the truth, imagination takes over. (something like that)

Why would they need UN buses? People can be relocated from an area using school and municipal buses from affected regions just fine - no need to formalize relocation proceedings by having the ‘right kind of bus’ in storage. I think leaping from UN buses stored in FL and Ohio to forced relocation is...too far a leap.
Uh...kill off undesirables. I don’t believe it. He doesn’t need the gulf for that, he got Obamacare through. I agree that his actions are counterproductive everywhere and serve an unknown purpose but I don’t think this is it.

See, I just can’t imagine that an organization like NOAA is all that into algae farming and turning the Gulf into a deadzone.
Perhaps it is a matter of being forced to comply?
The loss of life when the platform exploded -were those guys ‘in on it?’. The attacking of BP - c’mon wouldn’t they admit it was a farce before they let their stock tank and their company be extorted for billions? It’s not like the British are all that ‘pro Obama’s new world order’ or anything.
I understand the need to find the truth while Obama golfs, but this particular conspiracy theory requires multi-agency and individual (bereaved families, survivors on the rig) complicity of extraordinary complexity. It really isn’t the ‘best explanation to fit the facts’.
When the Twin Towers came down, the left put together a timeline of complex conspiracies that sounded like this to ‘prove’ that Bush and Co. were behind it. Documents detailing investment transfers, people who know people who know people involved with airlines and CIA operatives etc. IF it can be done for 9/11, it can be done for the oil spill.
I followed the first link. The first two points she makes:
Her First POint: First get rid of oil industry in Gulf.
Her Second Point: Then turn Gulf into a dead zone.
So BP and the relief well diggers and the oil industry workers are all ok with this - no one had any concerns. No one was related to fishermen or other coastal industries. None of the people closest to the well had any real objections to turning the GULF of MEXICO into a ‘deadzone’.
Her second point - well couldn’t they just release this disperant without telling us? It would require so much less complicity. NOAA would not have to be ‘in on it’. You could hire a foreign tanker and ‘blame it on terrorists’ or something. Don’t tell me Obama would object to that happening on ‘his watch’ because he is really indifferent to his reputation with the spill.
These theories really boggle the mind, and I normally wouldn’t think too much about them - but I keep having these alarms going off inside of my head that something “just isn’t right” here.
I followed the second link of the bloggers. Here’s a quote:

TheOilDrum.com is an oil industry blog spot where those who work in the industry as well as visitors without industry knowledge are asking questions and giving expert insight. Top Kill was started and suspended but there are legitimate reasons for that. They cannot afford to make a mistake, really. There are fears that the casing of the well is compromised and, if true, capping the well could then force the oil out laterally through layers of rock. BP commented that it had never attempted this task in water that deep before - this seems like a provable/disprovable statement. TheOilDrum.com posts seem to indicate that the government and BP are not forthcoming enough but they don’t see BP as unwilling to stop the flow. And they do believe their is oil flowing out of an actual well - not the ‘side of an asphalt volcano’ like the links I checked out claim. The links you provided also led to allegations that tar balls are washing up on shore are not harmful, and that any oil is from surrounding wells. Satellite footage and TheOilDrum.com experts would seem to offer better proof against this statement than the blogger offers in favor of it. I think TheOilDrum.com experts would say something in protest if they saw all drilling in the Gulf under attack (to end) as is alleged by the linked blogger.
So has everything done by Obama to-date. Who would have believed it?
