After environmentalists became up in arms at the mere thought of a fireworks display taking place in California saying it would be “ecologically hazardous”, the first ruling against their complaint quickly skidded to a screeching halt.
In what was a blow to the environmentalists, a judge denied a request Wednesday to issue a temporary restraining order to stop the annual July 4th fireworks display in La Jolla, California...

It has nothing to do with the environment. It’s all about eliminating anything that just might inspire pride in one’s country.
Enviro-whackos, once again trying to destroy the vestiges of Americanism. Glad to see they were thwarted.. at least this time.
Too bad the judge didn’t order these traitors be deported to Cuba or North Korea. At least there they’d not have to worry about fireworks.

It is only a matter of time before the right bunnyhugger gets a lawsuit like this in front of the right judge, and it’s all over.
They hate it because it’s patriotic and fun. Leftists don’t believe in fun. You’re just supposed to sit around in you’re non airconditioed hut eating gruel and bicycle to work every day to pay taxes to the collective.

What I’m waiting for is for some ballsy judge in one of these environut cases to rule against them, THEN order the environuts to pay all costs and attorney fees that it cost the defendants to incur. Loser pays.
It seems that all the envirowacko groups get all kinds of money, costs and fees when they win a case. The judge should make it turn-about when they lose. After losing a few and having to pay, these groups would find out just what it takes to be on the other side.
